Staff is great. But Dunkin’ Donuts man. You have got to stop caring about your precious drive thru time and just give people their stuff at the window. as a customer, having you pull us forward because your staff is so worried about their drive thru time is beyond frustrating.. poor girl was out of breath because I asked for ketchup and for 2 sandwiches she only brought 2 so I went inside because she was literally out of breath. Cause you guys care so much about your drive-through time you inconvenienced me by having to go inside because I felt bad for the girl having to go back inside. you’re trying to save customers time but this whole thing ended up costing me more time and making me late to work. I even asked the girl if I could stay at the window because I wanted to prevent the same situation because it happens everywhere. She kindly explained and was so nice. Nothing against the staff. She still had me pull forward. there wasn’t anyone behind me in the drive-through line. There wasn’t no need for me to pull up and I know this is no reflection on this location itself, but this is for Dunkin brands in general , I’ve never had a Starbucks make me pull up and my satisfaction walking away has always been great but because of your policy of moving people forward I will never return to Dunkin’ Donuts. That’s how frustrating it is as a customer. I know you guys penalize locations for long drive thru times but just leave your employees bee and your guest satisfaction will go up. They are already running around keeping up with how busy they are. Stop caring about drive thru time....

Usually when I come up here they are nice and the drinks are ok, but today I did an mobile order for an iced coffee,medium hot,and half dozen donuts I picked up my items within 10 minutes because I live 5 minutes away.When I got my order the young woman named Kru gave me two drinks and one donut I had to tell my mom that I had an half dozen. I had left and went to the store down the street and called a talked to guy to tell him my drink tasted funny he said ok we’ll remake it. Once I arrived Kru told me the drink taste bad because I picked it up late and that next time they won’t remake it. From my knowledge of working for Dunkin’ Donuts for a year I had to tell her you aren’t supposed to give someone a drink that has set for over 5 minutes that’s disgusting it’s literally in training I found myself upset because I wasn’t rude and I called before hand so it wouldn’t be alarming once I entered, but take advice from an ex dunkin and Starbucks employee JUST MAKE THE DRINK AND MOVE ON ITS NEVER THAT SERIOUS. And it’s tasted funny because it wasn’t my drink you put my sticker on an iced coffee with light cream no sugar or anything just...

Had been a busy, busy day of work and needed a little extra pick-me-up to keep that momentum through the evening. Decided on a staple, some iced coffee from Dunkin'.

If you're vegan or non-dairy for any dietary reason, Dunkin has quite a few flavorful options to support your caffeine habit throughout the day. For instance, I ordered the Mocha Swirl Iced Coffee, which is a sweeter mocha flavor while also being a non-dairy flavor shot. Mocha on it's own is quite rich, however, so I softened that edge with some oat milk for a bit more plant-based goodness. The default sugar for a medium iced coffee is 3 "servings," but I only took 2 since the Mocha itself is quite sweet already. However, I drink black coffee most days so take that advice with a grain of salt (or sugar).
