It seems that when you order delivery from here they DON’T CARE ONE BIT considering the customers aren’t in the actual building. Every time I have gone in, never a problem with my sandwich. Every time I order delivery, something is missing. Our cheese was missing that we paid extra for, an entire sandwich was missing so it had to go back out for deliver of course the pregnant hangry girls sandwich, then when she finally gets it, it’s basically bread half the sandwich was missing meat?? How does someone actually make a sandwich and miss the main ingredient on half of it?? Of course we pay over $60 too just to get ripped off. My last order was missing the premium side. I’ve worked delivery, it’s not hard to double check the paying customer is getting their order....
Read moreAlright, so a feature in the JJ's app is that you can schedule a time in which to pick up your order. I chose a pickup time of 1:30p - 1:45p. I get a text 25 - 30 mins beore my pickup time telling me my order is ready to pick up! My order sits on a self for a half-hour before I'm even ready to pick it up to eat. The receipt clearly states "DELAY! Ready at 1:30pm."
This has happened at the Hobart & Portage locations! I don't know if they can't read or just don't care.
Another pet peave of mine is people who don't take the time to park right and take up two spaces. The JJ's delivery driver didn't seem to care (see pic). If you can't take the time to park correctly, who knows how you are driving out there on the road trying to be...
