McDonald's — Restaurant in Portage

Went through the drive through and got my sandwiches plain with only cheese and as soon as I pulled off.I checked the sandwiches they had lettuce and Mayonnaise on them. Went in the store and asked for the correct sandwiches,. Waited almost fifteen minutes, no good still. But the runner took the food that I brought back opened and touched and put it on another person's plate. He seen that and asked for new sandwiches, but then they put it back and then put it on his plate yet again. Then I wanted a refund because it was taking an extremely long time. One of the girls said oh my god is somebody complaining. I heard other employees dropping the f.Bomb left and right. do they not know we can hear them from 4 feet away. Then when another employee brought me back. My refund from the manager who was too busy to come up and talk to me. Gave me the wrong refund amount. Because I added cheese to my sandwiches.And they didn't refund me the extra eighty nine percent per sandwich. None of the employees were helpful.Nobody was welcoming, apologetic or had a smile on their face.Only complaining and being extremely rude. This experience was...

This is the worst McDonald's I ever been to! Me and my sister went there tonight. My sister is ordering her food and while she's talking you here some girl in the backround yelling "Is she gonna keep ordering shit or what! Damn!" .... We were both taken aback, like there's no way she just said that! My sister asked them "Excuse me, what did she just say?!" And the guy taking the order said "I'm so sorry, will that be all" ... when we got to the window we asked why would she say that because it's so unprofessional, and the guy just say "it be like that sometime" .. like what?!!!! What kind of establishment are you guys running!! And then when we got to the second window we told them we wanted the name of the girl who said that. They didn't want to give it, the girl just said "Wilbur" and then shut the window on us, wouldn't open it back. it wasn't no Wilbur, it was clearly a girl who yelled that!! This McDonald's is the worst I ever been to, the disrespect is insane! It needs to be closed down, how ridiculous!! Everyone stay away and go to the one on 6! I'll be calling tomorrow and probably take a trip...

I'm aware that the people working the register are 100% incompetent of their duty. I go to McDonald's knowing that they will mess up my order or not get some right, it's just par for the course. But when I have to wait 20 minutes for a six piece chicken McNugget happy meal, that's where I draw the line. This was 3:30 PM, before the dinner rush. I went to McDonald's at this time exclusively thinking that there wouldn't be a line of cars, and there wasn't. So there's no excuse whatsoever why my food took that long to be prepared, except for the fact that nobody at this restaurant knows what they're doing.

I would recommend that you avoid this McDonald's if you're going to go to subject yourself to the torture of McDonald's. Overall you should be avoiding McDonald's entirely unless you are a glutton for punishment.
