I waited until today to write this review after the horrible dining experience I had last night here. My mother in law took my wife and I out to dinner as a thank you for all that we do for her. She's disabled and on a fixed income so this is her way of saying thank you. We arrived a little after 5pm on Friday Feb 28th. The dinner rush hadn't started yet. I ordered a 12oz NY strip steak because I'm not a big seafood fan. I ordered it medium well. When my steak arrived I ate the sides and then cut into my steak. It was still extremely rare so i sent it back. When it was brought back to me i cut it right across the middle and it was still very rare. Rare enough that it was still bloody. I sent it back a second time which goes against my personal rules of sending food back. When it was brought back to me(yes it was the same steak) I cut into the last section that hadn't been cut into yet and while it wasn't still bleeding it was barely medium rare. Not medium well like I ordered. They manager said they used a thermometer on it and it read the correct temp but I highly doubt that considering how red and raw it was 2 out of the 3 time it was brought back to me. This wasn't the only problem we had. Just the biggest one. Our waitresses was awesome and the manager definitely did her job and removed the meal from our bill but unfortunately by that point our experience had been pretty well ruined. The real problem was that whomever was the cook last night obviously doesn't know how to cook a steak and shouldn't be allowed near a grill. The worst part is if my food was messed up this bad how many other customers orders were messed up as well since when we left the parking lot was full all the way...
   Read moreAs my party of 5 arrived at Red Lobster we were seated almost immediately at the first table behind the live lobster. We were greeted by a wonderful server named Victoria. She was very personable, friendly, funny, and very attentive. 3 out of the 5 of us ordered the endless shrimp. After approximately 20 minutes another large party arrived at the restaurant and was told their table would be ready soon. It was Thursday night, mind you, so it wasnât too busy. 4-5 of the guests went and sat at the bar. Those guests waited a very long time and at one time a toddler that was in the party was pointing at our table. The lady holding him said its not ready and it wonât be long. As we continued to eat the manager delivered some shrimp and didnât smile or say anything. She just sat the shrimp down and walked away. Meanwhile, the hostess looked at our table and held up a menu to hide her face and as she was doing so, she look ed at our table and sort of nodded her head toward us so I knew right away that she was AGAIN waiting for us to leave. The server, Victoria, came back to our table and she was still friendly and engaging but we could tell she was stressed. Almost as if she was being pushed to get us out the door. My frustrations continued to build and i was flabbergasted that we, paying customers, were basically rushed and it caused us to all feel frustrated. We go to Red Lobster often and weâve never been treated like this. If the hostess sat us there then SHE should be responsible for not having a big table for that group of customers.    Read moreThis visit was just SAD. I work from home and since I had to drive my kid to school for an oddly timed half day, I was driving right by RL. Get a nice take out lunch for once. I placed an online order at 11 am and asked for it to be ready at 11:30. This was 15 minutes more than the app said they needed. I got the email and text confirmation for curbside pick up. I arrived shortly after 1130 and checked in. No one came out. When I went inside it was empty. Bartender was busy talking to the host. They "didnt get a ticket" for my order. It wasn't even prepared. To me it looked like the bartender never bothered logging into the system that morning as they fussed with the order monitor. Instead of telling me they hadn't made the order and letting me decide, they lied and said it would be "just a minute". It was "just TWENTY" MINUTES. This is 1 hour after placing order and 20 after confirmed time and ignoring my car in the curbside area. No discount etc. This left me no time to eat and late for my noon meeting. The food was awful. Soup had a weird metallic or chemical taste like they hadnt rinsed wash chemical out of the container or something. I threw it out. The pasta was just gross. I was very unhappy and disappointed with this. They should sack their lunch or takeout system, they obviously don't pay any attention to...
