Hergeshiemer's Donut Factory — Restaurant in Porterville

I don’t do this but this time it’s just too much! If it had happened once or maybe even twice it would be one thing but - Hergesheimers Donuts - I have used this business a minimum of once a month for donuts for classes I teach. The older lady in the store has overcharged me several times. When her daughter is in the store, she has came to the adding machine and rectified the amount. This last Friday I came and got donuts and was in a hurry because my class is in Tulare so I just paid and left. After that I figured out what it should have been and went in today and gave my order (without buying any) to have her figure out what it should have cost me. Her figures came out to $49 and I showed her I was charged $59. She was making excuses and says basically too bad and then called a young man up from the back (who was extremely polite) and then she offered $10 Worth of donuts to make up for it. I refused as I wanted my $10! I told her I would be buying donuts somewhere else from now on. If she waits on you - double check your bill! Zero stars !!!!! I host Porterville Cars and Coffee. I’ve purchased donuts from this place since the beginning. I was buying 12 dozen donuts once a month for these events, And brought this company so much business with these events. Well I had an event this past Saturday and called early morning to place a order of 8 dozen and the older woman took my order and said ok thank you for the order. So I had my girlfriend go pick them up and the woman told her “no donuts for you!” My girlfriend mentioned who the donuts were for and the woman kept telling her “no donuts for you!” So I had to leave my event and come to the donut shop to see why they weren’t giving her the donuts. When I got there I told the woman that I was the one that placed the order for 8 dozen early morning. And she started telling me “no donuts for you!” So I had to go across town and buy donuts from yumyum donuts and was late to my event where I had people waiting for donuts. I’m very disappointed with this place! I’ve helped this donut shop so much to be treated like this! Never again will I buy...

WORSE DONUT STORE IN TOWN! The only reason why we came here was because we were next door to the laundry mat and wanted some donuts. We asked for 12 glazed donuts and the owner wanted 29 dollars for 12 basic donuts. Are you KIDDING ME 29 dollars FOR 12 donuts?!? . She was out of her mind. We had to tell her were not paying 29 dollars for 12 donuts. She showed us a very nasty attitude. Then she lowered it to 18 dollars. Next time we're sticking to yum yum donuts. ( yum yum donuts is 16 dollars for a dozen). People here are just money hungry and set their prices super high. To top off our bad experience this donut shop was not the cleanest.
