Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Porterville

I went thru drive thru late at night we order 4 tacos and jumbo jack that day. Came home ate my food was taking sip of my drink also my little sister took a sip from my drink. Also that I have my sister that has health issue and that gross us out and that being in there and she could’ve swallowed it she is literally 5 year old. My parents are so disappointed and disguise. As soon as I seen that I called jack in the box and a man answer told him that I wanted to talk to a manger i could hear in the back that he was telling everyone what i told him was inside my cup then he pass me to this lady that was the manger. Then she told me that was disgusting and gross she also told me that she wanted me to go the next day go talk to the “general manger “ that she was also going make a complain. When I went the next day I felt like they didn’t really help me I talk to a manger name “Monica “ she told me that the “general manger “ wasn’t there that I should come back Thursday (8/19/2022 when the “ general manger is there because Wednesday (8/17/2022 is there day off and that she didn’t know nothing and I also show her the picture or the cup and said that...

Last night I tried to order curb side pick up with no car they had already taken my money then they saw I had no car and didn't let me get the food which I had already paid for. I seen two of my friends walk threw the drive through and they let them get there food what is so different about me? I also asked to speak to the manager and they said she was in the bathroom so I sat there and waited for another 30 min and asked again she was "still in the bathroom". They had taken my food back as soon as they seen me on foot and refunded me for the food they had already made. My kids were hungry I just don't see why I am any different from anyone else. This is the third time I've tried to do this and it always seems to go wrong because the workers are stuck up and snobby. I will be trying another jack n the box and I will be telling everyone about this. They just are profiling me but the friends I know whom they let walk threw the drive threw are homeless. Thanks Jack n the box for waiting my time every time I go there and waiting my kids time when I could have went somewhere else to get them food. Never ever going...

I had never received bad service here until I came in the A.M. worse customer service ever!!! Alicia the manager is a joke, we ordered thru the drive thru and the person our order incorrect, she even repeated our order to confirm and it was correct, but when we got our order they gave us pancakes instead of what we ordered, and instead of excepting it was their mistake and fixing it Alicia wanted to cahrge us more? And then when I argued it was a mistake done on their end she argued back to us, lol... a completely joke!! I work in customer service and you ALWAYS act courtesy and realize your check comes from happy...
