Very long line inside yesterday around 5pm, which would have been forgivable if the staff just acknowledged us. There were about 7 people in the kitchen and a man who seemed to either be a manager or lead based on his shirt, seemed slightly more formal than the others. One staff member approached the register without speaking to the guests, pressed some keys, then walked away. The man in the dressier shirt approached the register, ignored the guests, pressed some keys, walked away. A third employee talking on the phone approached the register, ignored the guests, pressed some keys, seemed to be speaking to another employee on phone who hadn't shown up yet, then walked away. There were 6 different groups waiting in line and about 15 minutes had passed by now. The "late" employee I assume was the one who had been called eventually walked in the door very casually taking his time to get into the kitchen, while glaring at the guests and his co-workers as if he was not happy to be there, while everyone in the kitchen greeted him with, "THERE you are! He's here!" A young lady also came in around this time and both seemed to clock in at the front register, again without acknowledging the guests waiting in line. Finally an employee who had been in the kitchen this whole time steps up and without apology or even a simple smile and no mention of the long wait asks the first guest, "Can I help you?" This was supposed to be a quick stop before a 3 hour drive back home and we ended up spending about an hour here. When we got our food, my friend bit into a grease pocket in her chicken sandwich and burned her chin, but she is the quiet type who doesn't like to make a fuss so she let it go and said she'd be fine. Over all, it was a disappointing experience. We all enjoy Wendy's and absolutely do not blame the brand, but this location needs to tighten up a bit. You'd assume this situation means that the staff is busy and the kitchen would be buzzing, but the staff just seemed to be ignoring the guests all because one employee was late. Rather than accommodate the situation, the staff seemed to just casually carry on their other duties until the next employee showed up. Good customer service isn't always about being the fastest, but can be as simple as acknowledging your guests, smiling at them, and apologizing for the wait. We can be a lot more understanding of a short staff situation, or a high traffic lunch/dinner crowd if the staff doesn't just ignore us in...

Read moreThis place is not to bad, they have a great selection of affordable items. Can't go wrong with the chili and a side order of fries. The spicy chicken 🐔 sandwich is also good but for some odd reason it's not consistent, sometimes it's too spicy and sometimes it's not spicy at all and other times it's perfect. Parking is not to bad either and they also have a nice drive through. The customer service in the past few years has been fine, not great but definitely not bad at all. Feel free to come on over and make your own experience and create...
