This experience at this restaurant was absolutely spindled! Right as I walked into this fine establishment I was obsoletely bamboolozed due to the complete shock I was put into. I was almost put into cardiac arrest once again (😂) but no worries guys! The aurora I felt in this restaurant goes as so; cozy, homie, and warm on my insides. We were seated on this lovely stool at the bar. This sweet young lady served us with complete respect and professionalism. I got the chips with guac while my lesbian wife ate something else. I got Banh Mi. Right as I bite into the crunchy, salty, chip with the smooth, flavorful chip, the ingredients bursted in my mouth. I felt my soul leave my body, and I cried in disbelief from this Michelin star worthy appetizer. Next, was my taco!!!🌮 The anticipation was overwhelming. I was thinking how could taco top the chips and guac!! (it rhymes 😂)! But, I was immediately blown away. The smell that arose from this work of art, work of Jesus, work of the universe of otherworldly entities, I still cant fathom these next moments. Where do I EVEN start. As I took a first munch on this taco, I was met with this sweet, tangy, perfectly cooked, meat pork. The spices were perfect. And it melted perfectly right into my mouth, and I fell right out of my stool! Golly! BUT then suddenly….a new flavor came to life. A crunchy, slightly spicy, EARTHY, sauce y, GOODNESS clashed with the meat. With all this new found astonishing flavors I once again cried. I cried my heart out. This food is what I have been needing for centuries. It healed me. I felt like a new man: a new person. This crafted, magnificent, meal was NOTHING like I ever tasted before in my 80 years of life. It was a truly unique and once in a lifetime experience. Despite all the injuries, near death experience, and emotional turmoil that occurred….I am forever grateful. FOREVER. nothing will ever compare to this amazing restaurant. Anyways, yall should pay a visit! 😜 have a spindled,...
Read moreThink twice about hiring them for catering your events. We had them come out last year for our housewarming party. Close to the end of service, one of the employees spilled gallons of hot grease all over our driveway and injured his foot in the process. As my wife and I helped to attend to the greaseburn on the employees foot, the rest of the employees did not seem eager to come assist. Afterwards we were told someone would come by the next day to clean the driveway. My wife and I attempted to scrub the grease out, didn’t work. An employee from the restaurant came out to do a power wash, didn’t work. Unprompted, we were told that they would put a new coat down on the driveway but that it was too late in the season, and we’d have to wait until the spring. Fine. Spring comes, no word from Bird&Co. We reached out and an employee said that someone had come by to look at it when we weren’t home. Fine, when can we schedule the work? At that point they completely shut down communications. We emailed and emailed with no response at all. After months of this, we finally got so frustrated we said forget it. All I can say is be wary. If a situation like this happens with your occasion, you’ll be stuck holding the Bird&Co bag. Our driveway is still stained and is breaking up at the spot where the grease was...
Read moreReally dissapoint, heard and red such good things. Things started solid appetizers were great, drinks were meh but that may just be person preference. But the services was horrible, had to vocally complain as we has no one check in on us. For water etc. Food wasn't there, we started joking about how long food took. Then noticed the party of two that came in after us had just paid and left. Finaly a second person game up to us "sorry your food will be right up" 12 minutes later, hey can I clear your table your food will be right up, another 10 minutes go by. I stand up to ask for the check. Food is coming out. I sit down to eat. Fish tacos cold, ok it has cold stuff on it, examine fish, dark as heck clearly oil needed to be change. Horrible taste. House tacos very bland no sauce anywhere to make to your likings. California was ok. Bbq fried chicken came up hot great flavor no complaints, same with the Tijuana tacos. And after having so many people check they knew how long they had us waiting. And said nothing about it. Our best service interaction was the waitress who noticed we wanted to pay and leave. In a 30 second conversation with my wife, my wife felt better about the lunch. But over all. I won't go back,...
