What a terrible experience. I usually love going here and the burritos are some of my favorite around Portland. Tonight I decided to order pick up on doordash because I'm in the middle of a move. When I stopped in I had my app ready to show the cashier and let her know I was picking up for Terry. She aggressively asked me if the order was mine and I held at my phone and said yes here's the confirmation. She got a super rude tone and said yea but is it yours?! I was really confused and said yes and then she asked me again in an even more rude way. I asked why she was talking to me so mean and she brushed it off like she didn't know why I asked her. I don't let people treat me poorly just because they think they can. When I called her out she said well I'm sorry you took it like way in the most condescending tone. A guy from the back came up and threw his hands up and told me to just get out of there. I was so uncomfortable and almost in tears because I didn't do anything wrong. I hate that I took the food and wish I would've asked for a refund because supporting a business that treats customers that way makes me feel sick. What a shame and what an awful cashier with the nastiest attitude. I hope you feel good about making a customer almost cry.
