Burrito Azteca — Restaurant in Portland

What a terrible experience. I usually love going here and the burritos are some of my favorite around Portland. Tonight I decided to order pick up on doordash because I'm in the middle of a move. When I stopped in I had my app ready to show the cashier and let her know I was picking up for Terry. She aggressively asked me if the order was mine and I held at my phone and said yes here's the confirmation. She got a super rude tone and said yea but is it yours?! I was really confused and said yes and then she asked me again in an even more rude way. I asked why she was talking to me so mean and she brushed it off like she didn't know why I asked her. I don't let people treat me poorly just because they think they can. When I called her out she said well I'm sorry you took it like way in the most condescending tone. A guy from the back came up and threw his hands up and told me to just get out of there. I was so uncomfortable and almost in tears because I didn't do anything wrong. I hate that I took the food and wish I would've asked for a refund because supporting a business that treats customers that way makes me feel sick. I have gone to this restaurant multiple times in the last 6 months, and had very good results for the most part, however sometimes their ground beef burritos are very greasy, other times they are fine. It's hit-and-miss. They took their burritos from 7.50 to 9.50, and now when I went in today, they were 10.50. I've always been pleased for the most part in the past, but the price and service are not warranting the amount they are charging any longer. Today I asked specifically for all green sauce, and when I got home I discovered there was red and green, after I specifically told the cashier the red sauce was too hot, and I could not eat it. Therefore, after telling me she understood that I wanted all green sauce, they did not produce what I asked four. At these prices, that is not excusable. Today the girl was polite, but barely acknowledged me, and I felt like just another number. I don't know that I will be going back anytime soon. However, if you like decent burritos, at a very inflated price, and no service whatsoever, this would be a wonderful place to go at this time. Update, I love this place. But they have been burdened by the development North Portland in the last years. When i first came here. ( still have a menu from then) My favorite burrito was roughly 5.75$ when I first started going here. as of today they are 8.75$ for same burrito. Except, its smaller and less filling. I used to drive from any place i lived in Portland to go here. I still really like the place, but unfortunately cant afford gas plus burrito at this price point justifiable. Reason I like the burrito here is they have a proper potato burrito. the cut nice squares of potatoes to add in there and its hard to find.- If you live close, its very worthy. And almost all my favorite places in North Portland have gone up in price in the same way.

I will say one time I traveled all the way out there and I have had a connection from the owner from the my beginnings here. I had forgot my wallet but ordered my burrito and beer. I realized this after he had served me my beer. I felt so bad and tried to hand the beer back. He said "its okay. You come here all the time, you can get me back next time." Ill never...
