Chase Bank — Local services in Portland

I've been a customer of Chase for a long time. I was just here, to deposit a check. I got in line, and was told I'd be helped shortly. I grabbed a form to try to speed the process up when I got to the window, since I was next. A new teller walked up, and a young man pushed passed be and just started talking to her (Bobbi was on the tag on the desk). I said I had been waiting and I was next, for the man to tell me "no you were looking at a form", and for me to have to reply "I was just writing my name while waiting". Only for the teller to roll her eyes, tell the man to wait, and said "even though she wasn't ready" under her breath.

I'm a veteran and this check was from my medical situation after getting injured in combat overseas. I don't appreciate being disrespected for absolutely no reason while trying to simply deposit a check. Next time I'll be sure not to grab a girl to try to be helpful to the teller instead of making them do it all at the window, only to be treated like I did something wrong. Worst Chase bank ever. This woman who works there named aruni was beyond rude to me, and even before she started to assist me I could tell she was going to be an issue. When I first walked in the bank she was talking down about another employee who was out on lunch I’m assuming and saying how she hates working with her and she’s going to tell their location manager she’s been stealing office supplies. When she saw me she approached me and proceeded to ask me if I had an account with them with such a terrible attitude. She also singled me out when she asked that even though I was not at her window.. definitely gave off some racist or classist vibes. Either way I felt so...

Parking is available but tight and difficult to maneuver.

You can make appointments to speak to an account manager, but I was able to walk in since I had a minor issue to take care of. There is no sign up sheet so I had to knock on a cubicle. Only one person available on a Friday.
