I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEIR LETTUCE WRAP BURGERS!

But where they shine is when you order at night time or very late in the evenings even the early morning hours from like 12:00 to 4:00 a.m. in the morning.

Their own Carl's Jr app actually works very well and is recommended and tested by me and works flawlessly.

If you use Uber eats I highly suggest you do and your order almost 90% of the time comes out perfect.

When it doesn't Uber eats will absolutely refund your money and take care of the issue and I actually had to do that very recently.

And it's the weirdest thing because here's the thing for years I have never once had a problem with putting in an order here but as of July? I came there during the day and there is a bilingual fellow and yeah it wasn't working for me man.

We actually picked up the order and it was wrong then we went back and then it was wrong again and then we had to go ahead and do it again and it was wrong and at the last time we simply decided to just leave the food there and call Uber eats and cancel the order completely.

This is in stark contrast to when I go there in the evenings and let me tell you something when I go there in person You're darn right I go ahead and take the stuff because I'm telling you my burgers have been fantastic and that's not just a few times, that's almost every single time I've been there in person. But the thing is I've always been through the drive-thru late at night usually.

That's why I was really confused coming during the day and having this horrible experience.

Overall I still rate this place completely a 5 out of 5 stars because they really do make some of the best burgers in the neighborhood specially late at night.

Ordered the western cheese burger combo with a diet coke, and asked to swap the BBQ sauce with mayo. The cashier took my card at the driveup window. About five minutes later a different person handed me my bag of food and said "have a nice day". I told her that they still had my card. Another 30 seconds pass and she hands me my card with a forced slight smile. As I was pulling away, I realized they did not give me my drink. I pulled back around to the drive-through, but there were several cars ahead of me this time. I parked and went inside for my drink. Literally another 2 minutes before they handed me the cup. I rush back to my car as I had left it running (stupid, I know). On my 6 minute drive back to my house, I took a sip from the forgotten cup, only to taste a flat, watered down soda with ZERO ice. It was room temperature, in fact. I ended up dumping it and throwing the cup away before I ever got to my front door. Got home and opened the bag...fries were cold and soggy. The burger was OK, but also not piping hot. Nothing tasted fresh. I was hungry, and gate wasting food, so I choked it down. There were FIVE employees in this store when I asked for the drink I paid for, and zero customers inside. Apparently they were left without a supervisor, or they were on break. This is by far my favorite location of Carl's Jr. Their food is always fresh, the parking lot is clean and inviting, their dining room is almost all booths, but best of all they have the friendliest staff you could ever ask for.

Although they all hustle Sunjay is my personal favorite. His warmth and sincerety can be felt through the speaker and once you pull up to the window, you can expect to be greeted with a big smile.

On one occasion I'd misplaced the coupon I'd just cut out a half hour earlier (I later found it on the floor board) and was expecting to pay the full price. Instead Sunjay asked me what burger the promo was for. After telling him the Famous Star Double, he was still able to input the discount code and honor the promotion.

This really impressed me because in most cases, I'd have just ended up paying full price, but due to his commitment to customer service, and knowing it was an active promo, he did his part to not only convenience a regular customer, but to cultivate a lifetime relationship.
