Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Portland

I applied for this job over 3 weeks ago and had an interview about 2.5 weeks ago. I have never seen something handled so unprofessionally. The person who interviewed me also had another person scheduled to be interviewed at the same time and totally forgot about both interviews to begin with! She went and sat us down continuously interrupting the interview to make small talk with her other employees about what they did the night before! So as all this craziness is going on she now has directed her attention to the employees on the line and is now making small talk with them over both of us!!! At the end of my interview which consisted of her asking my hobbies and really none of my shift leading or managing background. I was told no matter what they would call me back within 24 hours to let me know. So now 2.5 weeks have passed and I have literally called 11 times and have spoken with someone 11 times and every single time someone has told me someone in manAgement will call me back later that day. Still no answers, and no sign of management even being practiced at this store especially with the simple necessity all restaurants need to reach a goal of customer satisfaction and that is this simple thing called communication. I have waited this long to write a review in hopes to get some sort of answer as to what is even going on at this marginal way location because I understand how crazy restaurants can be but there seems to be no resolve in the near future so Chelsea was the name of the female I had interviewed with and i am how bringing this concern to someone higher up because I know 3 others being taken through this same exact situation something needs to be done and some kind of directive action needs to be taken. Let me preface this with I almost cried because these people made me feel like I was doing something wrong by simply existing and I am a really nice person so I don’t understand what I could’ve done wrong :( I asked for half a scoop of white rice and she gave me a scoop of brown and a scoop of white, so I apologized and corrected her and then she seemed to get really mad. Anyway, I got my half scoop of white rice, asked for veggies (which she told me they were out of and when I asked when there would be more she told me to wait, so I got out of line & waited a very short amount of time). Then she proceeded to only give me a half scoop of everything else I asked for, and then I asked for lettuce from the next employee and he scraped the last like 6 brownish lettuce pieces from the bottom of the container and put it on top of the bowl. I said “I’m really sorry, is that all the lettuce you have?” And just stared at me and nodded, then rolled his eyes. He asked me what else I wanted and I said “corn salsa please” and then I was in the middle of asking for “may I please have, pico de…. when he just seemed so fed up with me that he put the lid on the bowl and aggressively pushed it towards the cashier. Still cost $10 for half scoops of everything (and I know it was half scoops cause my friend got full scoops and the guy behind me got full scoops and they looked like very full scoops.) and anyway they were mean and it sad and I’m sad. If you want to get Covid this is the place to go. I ordered on the app and showed up at my pick up time. I was thinking this will be a quick and easy process and it has been a couple last times I went however that was a few months ago. I am not kidding when I say they were at least 60 people packed into the small store. Although everyone was wearing a mask, I cannot believe That the store is allowed to get away with this. I understand that they were very busy at the time I picked up and I am not mad at all about my food being late, I just cannot understand how given the current outbreak they are getting away with 60 people congregating in a small space. I am not sure why they are not telling people that they are backed up and that they need to wait outside or in the car. Unless you want to get Covid I do not recommend Ordering from here until they figure out a safer pick up system. If this place were a real restaurant They would have been fined by the state long ago, it seems they just get away with it because they pose as being to go only but then massive crowds to congregate. I will not be surprised when I hear of the next outbreak stemming from here. I am still giving two stars because at least my food was good. From now on I will be ordering from places that actually have a safety...
