Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Portland

So we do pizza once every couple weeks. But since we've temporarily moved to the Tigard area this Domino's is by far the best one out of the couple in the area. The employee named Trevor is seriously amazing! First off he was so slammed, by himself with the phone ringing and pizza making and a couple that was in line right after me one minute after I walked inside.

Trevor was so collected and organized. I didn't realize how much he was doing until I saw how many things he had accomplished within the few minutes I was standing there. He made it look effortless, but it wasn't by any means.

He greeted all of us that walked inside to pick up, with a big smile, and had us out within 3 or 4 mins tops. He not only made my expirence absolutely awsome, he also made our pizza DELICIOUS!! Seriously. It's an art that takes skill to make these pizza's taste right.

I know, I may sound silly saying that but there is somthing to be said about consistency! Also the dang ratio from sauce to cheese to toppings. I was so impressed with how good our pizza tasted. Thank you Trevor for making our Domino's expirence one of a kind, like yourself is to that company! You rock!!! Managers take note on how this employee is running your business when your not there. He is absolutely slaying it. Thank you Domino's for having such a great employee. It's such a breath of fresh air these days!!!

Ps. I do not know Trevor, I asked his name on my way out the door. I'm just a happy customer who's been looking for this type of service and quality of food since I left the area where the mcglophlin branch is located. So this is my new favorite as well as my family and friends, due to Trevor's awesome customer service and food making consistency! OK ok I'm done...

So here’s the thing, I came in about 40 minutes before they closed “1am” there was two employees working. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman, and after placing my order, I noticed he was struggling to find the correct buttons on the register. I didn’t mind at all. He explain to me that he’s a driver and doesn’t normally work there till . so he went to the back to ask the only other employee. That was working, which was a very irritated woman, and even though I was the only customer, she seem like she had no time off to deal with either of us, and she was raising her voice and expressing frustration at him then when I paid with a $50 bill, I could hear her expressing more frustration and raising her voice about it because she had to go get change from the back. It seems like every time she had to do her job and made her angry. The gentleman basically apologized, explaining that it is late and the change is more difficult to get at night, which I completely understand. I asked if they except tips and then made sure that he knew it was only for him cause I did not appreciate her attitude or outbursts. if I could I would give two reviews I would do one for him and it would be five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Then I would write a separate one for just her giving her one star or none at all if I could. 👎. So I thought I’d split the difference and that’s what brought me to my three star rating. Before there have been times that the order may have been slightly wrong but nothing to complain about and I have worked in customer service before so I dont want to say anything negative unless it is deserved. Well tonight I ordered from the app as usual and it said it was delivered but we did not get it. So I called and they said it might just be the app and to expect in in like 10 minutes otherwise call back. So it never came, I called again and they said it was very busy there. I get it, so I waited some more. 30 minutes later I call again because I'm getting hungry and it has now been over an hour. The woman I talk to lets me know my order had been delivered to the wrong house and I could either have my food remade or I could get coupons. Well I'm super hungry so of course I want my meal. She says it will be about 30 to 45 minutes. Well 35 minutes later arrive but as I start to eat I realize both mine and my boyfriend's pizzas have mistakes (no jalapeños, wrong sauce). I hate to complain but the fact that we waited 2 hours, I had to contact them multiple times, our order still was wrong and we didn't get any coupons or our money back... I don't think I will use this...
