Dunkin' — Restaurant in Portland

Hit or miss. Usually have great service (especially from the manager Nathan), however the staff is always disorganized and makes many mistakes as is frequent in fast food. The reason for one star? Instead of correcting mistakes, staff at this location has time and time again blamed their mistakes on the customer, or some unforeseen circumstance.

I have never experienced the level of disrespect that I have encountered here from ANY dining establishment, from the worst of the worst McDonalds, dive bars, to people selling food cooked on the side of the street..... How does an employee have the right or audacity to DENY a customer food that they PAID for?? After waiting an abnormally long period of time for my on-the-go order, I asked an employee what the deal was (politely). He first said, "You might have the wrong store", assuming that it was my error, without double checking his tickets or even my receipt. Upon presentation of my receipt, he said "Oh sorry, someone already took it." No offer to make things right, or even fulfill my PAID order. So someone swiping other people's food is an acceptable practice, and the establishment will do nothing to even compensate the paying customer? The absolute LEAST that he could've done is remake the order. Mistakes happen, but it is how they are handled that defines quality of service; This location has...

Dunkin’ Donuts in general is a very frustrating place to go to. Mistakes are often made and my lattes, although I always order the same thing, they never taste the same. And for some reason at this location it happens even more often. On my last visit here, I ordered the Egg white bowl and got the Sausage one. I don’t eat meat and since I got it to go, my breakfast had to go to the trash once I finally opened it to enjoy it.

The only reason I come back to any Dunkin’ Donuts is because they have an amazing hazelnut and pumpkin swirl and now also the banana split.

I must say that this place does have one amazing employee, I believe her name is Luma. Every time I see her working and making my drink I am happy because I know she makes the perfect latte every single time. She should be training everybody else how to make it. And she definitely deserves a raise for being a great employee and so that she keeps...

A typical coffee chain.

If you've never been to Dunkin' Donuts, it's a New England coffee chain that serves donuts. This one is located at Woodford Corner, right on busy Forest Ave.

The insides are usually pretty clean, including the bathroom. Dunkin' coffee is so-so but doesn't really pack a punch. Their donuts are okay, but not really as good as Krispy Kreme or especially nearby Holy Donut. One thing Dunkin' Donuts has over those other places, though, is that it's cheap (and it has lunch options).

Still, this location is absolutely terrible for getting in and out of, especially with the year-long construction work going on at the corner. I had to wait almost a total of 30 minutes getting in and out when I went.

Would recommend if you just want a real-quick, cheap cup of coffee and maybe a donut or...
