ššš»šš¼šš½šš¾ššæ Starting off you will see in my review the worst part is the waiting in line which I donāt mind at most places if people are doing a job but thereās nothing worse than a regular that shows up at the window or just a new person regardless and they sit there and want to tell their whole life story and everything about their good day or bad day and then it comes to the cashierās turn to talk and then they tell their whole life story and when they got graduated and school this in school that and you wouldnāt believe this and he wouldnāt believe that as there are millions of people it feels like waiting in line and they are just after chatting seriously and this is after the transaction of giving the change in the product and they just sit there and chat and chat I can see if thereās nobody in line sure go ahead chat all you want but every single time and every customer itās a whole life story because theyāre sitting there trying to work for that tip well the reason why I havenāt tipped last few times is because of that exact reason because they donāt make the line move quick if they were to do their job quickly and efficiently thatās why I would tipSo hopefully a manager sees this and get down to the bottom of it because I know multiple people that want to complain but they just donāt have the time or they donāt know how to use the Internet considering some of them are older. But for the most part all of the Dutch brothers are pretty much the same because they all have the same products the main thing that separates them as the people that work there and the lines and location and this but unfortunately itās always long lines and itās longer than usual at most places that even have lines Iām not quite sure if itās the people or the machines inside or just the way everything set up but I think waiting in line for 10 minutes is a little extreme just for a cuppa coffee or hot cocoa but of course yes you can go on the other side were itās really high traffic and windy thereās no cover for you really unpleasant I think if they put maybe A rain shield and something on the sides to combat the weather and the wind and of course if youāre standing in the right spot at the right time of day considering itās Portland it ever stops raining which is fine with me but thereās a puddle that builds up right there and Iāve seen people think God I havenāt been myself that Iāve seen people get drenched by the bus when it comes by or another vehicle itās really a bad location but I think if they built some sides with some nice plexiglass like the bus stops or something it would be a lot better and even maybe put an outside here they make funny of money there to be able to care for their customers so thatās why Iām given a three star but I do recommend it of course if you like Dutch Broās just make sure that you have some patience and you donāt mind waiting 10 minutes sometimes even longer on the rare occasion you can catch it when thereās not much of a lion but itās really not common anyways thanks for taking the time to read my review I hope you enjoyed it give me a thumbs up if you liked it Check some of my other reviews as well Iām all over Portland thank you have a great year...

It's frustrating when yall are busy you'd rather hold a convo with a regular then get everyone out. Ten mins for one car at the window is a little extreme. And what the heck. The person behind me showed up 5 mins after me and got their drinks first and when i had got to the window i asked why my drinks werent made before the 3 cars behind me? And i got well everyone is on different stations and its not made it order and i said it should be a first come first serve because you guys already made my drink and it was sitting there waiting for me and they hadnt made the kids frost.. Wow š by the time I got my drink my whip cream was mostly liquid as was my blended drink. I'm a regular here and it seems dutchs gone through yet another round of employees and I know no one and I WILL not be back here. Also while waiting in line the worker bringing drinks out didn't once bother to come up and say im sorry for the wait or ask what I'm waiting on to see if I can get out quicker. They ordered their drinks and my daughter repeated her request for an alternative milk a few times as she is lactose intolerant. After getting to the window and paying they are informed that the milk substitute was not used and it would be .70 cents more, not a huge deal but it was 19$ for 2 drinks already. The issue comes into play when they say they refund my wife's original purchase, but it doesn't show on our account. They then demand her card again to run it a second time. My wife refused as this would be 39$ out of our bank account for 2 drinks. Your employees then got very rude, refused to give my wife the drinks even though no refund had shown on our account. I feel like this behavior over several mistakes YOUR EMPLOYEES MADE IS UNACCEPTABLE. Especially considering your company charges premium prices.
