Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Portland

Dutch Brothers is a must for me daily. First thing on my mind in the morning, as well as my pup! While I always get the bombest drink known to man, the German chocolate Dutch freeze with lots of caramel drizzle at the bottom / picture perfect, my pup always gets the "Puppuccino" (Small cup of whipped cream with a small dog biscuit on the top, too cute!) free of charge. I really like this location, it is pretty busy but the line goes really fast because they normally have someone in the line taking orders, I said when you get to the window, your drink is ready to go. And everyone here is super nice, I've never a bad experience at this location, and I've been going here for years. The hr/owner? Whoever does the hiring really knows how to pick people because they always assemble a great team at all the different locations. Everyone is always super kind and they act like they've known you for a long time. This location is a drive-thru only, there is nowhere to sit indoors and really know where outdoors to sit other than a couple of really small tables, and a little bench while you wait for your drink. This location is so special, I’ve been going here for five years and Dutch bros as a whole for over ten. In that time I’ve gotten maybe two or three wrong drinks and getting them remade was never an issue. Staff have came and went but they’re always so sweet to me. staff here also has a special place in my heart for other reasons, recently I was dealing with a spinal injury that put me out of commission for two months. I could walk somewhat and dedicated my mornings to keeping my body moving at least a little by walking to Dutch, these staff here were my only human interaction outside of family& medical staff for that duration of time and it honestly kept me from going insane in my house unable to feel my right leg. I know these folks are getting paid to have excellent service but it really feels above and beyond when they remember my name and order, and ask how my back and my brother are doing when they see me. I just stopped by this location on Tuesday 04/03/2018 at 6:45PM while on my way home from work, of course there is a line. Someone comes out and takes my order on the top of her head without the iPad, which doesn’t assure that my orders gonna come out correct. Which it didn’t! I tell her that I want my rebel hand blended. As I get to the window, her coworker with blonde short hair hands me the rebel and I look at it and ask her if it’s hand blended. She then, replies with “you want it more blended?” Like really? She really thinks I wouldn’t know be difference between a hand blended rebel compared to the already pre-made rebel mix from the machine.
