I ordered a sandwich from here a few days ago, for the first time. It's taken me a while, due to reservations, but it blows Subway out of the water every time, easy. I ordered a few of the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket and Firehouse Meatball sandwiches and they are hearty! Both of them were really well made, with little details, like spice that really makes it worth trying at least once. The meat is tender, while the bread is soft and the atmosphere in this hidden gem ties everything all together. All of the employees I met here were great. They showed me the fireman ropes and helped me choose some great eatin'. Thank y'all so much. :-) P.S. If you're worried about the price tag, the meal deal is $6, so around $9 with tax. I paid $27-$28 for three meals, but for the quality it's definitely a must-try...

Short staff, first time at Firehouse Subs, long waiting time, received soup in container that was spilled all on the outside of container. Food was not what I was expecting. Poor Quality for the price. I asked for price of cookies, was told .79 cents, after I paid, I reviewed my receipt and was overcharged for cookies. Staff not able to keep up with customers. Out of stock on many food items on menu. Poor service! I expected my sub to taste good, but was very disappointed, due to expensive prices. Not sure I will be back to Firehouse Subs!
