This place treats their employees like robots. With a little thirty minute break, even if the shift is 9-12 hours. My issue is not even with the management, it’s with two women, I call them L and N. L and N are some of the worst coworkers I have ever worked with, ever. They both have anger management issues, are extremely condescending, will say whatever they want to you, have terrible attitudes, and are just straight up bullies. I would honestly go home in tears from they way that they would talk to me. One of them would yell at me any time I worked with her, telling me to hurry up, or just constantly point out what I’m not doing right, or sometimes I wouldn’t hear her and she would straight up yell at me. She acted like she was the boss, not even any of the managers spoke to me like that. The other woman was extremely rude and would talk to me as if I was 5. She would be discussing something like “there’s no more salad” and I would say “oh there’s some in the back” and she would get extremely rude and say “ I KNOW I ALREADY USED THOSE” with tone and attitude. I was constantly on edge while working here, I developed bad anxiety, and found myself relaxing when I didn’t have a shift with these two. Dear management, absolutely no one is going to work here if you continue to let these girls treat people however they’d like....

I arrived today at 2:20, the vehicle in front of me had not even ordered yet, when they did finish with the order it was 2:23pm. I ordered ONE meal, and then had to sit in a line with 3 cars ahead of myself for 14 MINUTES until I was able to get my order processed. GET IT TOGETHER!!! Whataburger, McDonald's, even Chick-Fil-A , have a fool proof system where they have customers with larger orders pull forward to allow the customers who have smaller orders to bypass, pay and leave. THIS IS NOT THE CASE AT ANY BILL MILLERS IVE FREQUENTED. Chloe confirmed my order and then told me the THREE chicken strips were not ready yet but almost. Unacceptable!!! I was on my lunch and with PLENTY OF OPTIONS AROUND (CAINES CHICKEN, CHICKEN EXPRESS, POPEYES, EVEN WALMART DELI,) I STILL CAME TO THIS LOCATION as I have MANY MANY TIMES. I normally order the #8 with no pickles, so I am sure they know who I am. I work for a local internet company based in Portland Tx, and I will be ensuring that my customers know to go elsewhere when looking...

4/18/23 ... I have ate at this place several times trying give the benefit of the doubt but I have tun out if doubts to give. My wife and kids do not complain but if they complain then I complain. The best part of our meals were macaroni salad and green beans....meat tasted boiled n was not hot nor tender. I am not one to gripe but if I spend over $120 for dinner it can be better. I feel there is no pride in the kitchens cooks. No wonder you hold 3.5 stars and keep dropping. You had better ratings when you opened but have declined fast...perhaps you need new crew members and cooks in your kitchen. By the way....your tea is good but I wanted my meal to be enjoyable too. In my book you ranked 3 out of 10. And only because your greeter was friendly but your line server was stuck up and matched your food in every way. I forgot to mention that 2 out 3 tables were dirty along with your chairs n only one child seat...
