Wow!! Another awesome fully-vegan food cart in the St John’s Beer Porch area. The cook was friendly and sweet, and the food took about 7 mins. I got a fry bread base with polo asada soy curls and crema sauce. I was so impressed with the presentation and enjoyed it so much that I forgot to take a picture for the review. I’ve been missing southwest flavors since moving to Portland, but this place nailed it. Can’t wait to keep coming back to try the whole menu.
