Wow!! Another awesome fully-vegan food cart in the St John’s Beer Porch area. The cook was friendly and sweet, and the food took about 7 mins. I got a fry bread base with polo asada soy curls and crema sauce. I was so impressed with the presentation and enjoyed it so much that I forgot to take a picture for the review. I’ve been missing southwest flavors since moving to Portland, but this place nailed it. Can’t wait to keep coming back to try the whole menu. There are several amazing vegan options in this food court, but Glorious makes it hard to choose the others.
