Spent my morning working here and had a couple lattes and a snack. The vibes and staff were great. It's a nice location and easy to get work done in the space. The area gets a lot of natural light and the music is exceptionally undisruptive. I would come back just to work if I need a change of scenery from my desk.
The lattes were really lackluster sadly. I tried their signature Honey Latte and the Fruity Pebbles cereal milk latte. The coffee flavor in both were so light and barely present, and what coffee flavor did come through was on the sour end as if the shots were pulled incorrectly.
The Honey latte was a bit disappointing. The aroma was very coffee forward, but the taste was nonexistent. It didn't have much of a coffee flavor, and there was a slight semblance of a taste of honey from a little sweetness on the tongue. There was a part of me that thought I was coming down with a cold because of how little of the flavors I could get from this latte.
For the Fruity Pebbles latte, the aroma was this nostalgia filled scent that felt like Saturday morning cartoons, the taste was on the opposite end of the spectrum of comfort though. The latte just tasted stale, the flavor never quite coalesced and the aftertaste was a slight lingering bitterness that was more like an old cereal bitter, not a coffee bitter.
If you're looking for a nice environment to get work done, this nails that vibe. If you're looking for a good latte, might be best to...

They have a mini thrift shop rack inside with cool finds at yard sale prices & look like they will be expanding into a non profit donation center to redistribute clothing & resources to our houseless neighbors next year.
They have programs & additional spaces available for learning to play music, recording studio , or having a practice space - they help pull together shows with other musicians for traveling bands to Tour.

(There is a small surcharge for card transactions, as it costs companies thousands per year to cover transactions fees, and for a small business, that can't be made back) There are allergy friendly and gluten-free options; all the drinks are made with dairy free milk.
They host some of the most amazing events I've ever seen; please go to their website to check out upcoming events!
The space itself has a wonderful vibe. It is large and airy with lots of windows and light colored floors. There's plenty of tables and seating.
Bathrooms require a code (it's posted at the register) and are kept immaculately clean and well stocked.
A 10/10 Portland cafe experience
