KFC — Restaurant in Portland

We have gone to this location on a couple of occasions we have gone and bind in on a couple of times which at the times that we have been there we have heard the stop talking badly about customers and the homeless people in Spanish which I am very fluent in so yes I know they are speaking about customers in the homeless tonight we went through drive-thru just to get a gallon of sweet tea we pulled up and a gentleman came on the speaker and said welcome to KFC what can I get for you my husband stated that he would like a gallon of sweet tea then a girl got on and said welcome to KFC what can I get you laughing my husband stated again could I please get a gallon of sweet tea there was a long pause and he goes hello and she goes yes what can I get you my husband stated can I please get a gallon of sweet tea all a while this person is sitting there staring at us at the window seeing us trying to order she acted like she could not hear us at all kept asking what what do you need what what can I get you my husband repeated three times he just wanted a gallon of sweet tea they acted like they could not hear us which we don't understand because there was no cars driving past it was quiet as hell after the third time the lady said we're out of sweet tea we only have raspberry tea by this time I was frustrated and I told my husband just to pull away just forget it we will go somewhere else for sweet tea we drove past through the drive-thru and there were three of them just standing there around just talking not doing nothing no worries in the world which is fine because from now on we will just go to Popeye's to get whatever we need if we want sweet tea or if we want chicken we will just go to Popeye's from now we do not recommend this location to anyone this staff is just completely rude maybe KFC needs to retrain the staff to reteach what is customer service because at the end of the day if customers don't come and buy your chicken or whatever they come to buy you all do not have jobs and that's the sad part about the fast food industry is people forget that if people don't come and buy the product you do not get business and then people lose hours and pay all we wanted was sweet tea but it was to much work for them we interrupted there standing around talking time so we will just take our business somewhere else from now on since it was a problem about getting us one gallon of sweet tea I'd rather give my money to a restaurant that is going to be friendly and not act like they cannot hear us and I don't want to have people say oh well maybe there drive thru box because of the road we could hear her completely fine and they could hear us completely fine so...

The girl that took our order have us the wrong sandwiches. No big deal, so we went back through the drive through. We told her and she just said, "well can I just give you the sauce and you guys can put it on the sandwiches yourself"? We couldn't believe what we were hearing. Mind you the sandwiches were supposed to be dunked in this spicy sauce. We wanted our order corrected and she said she wanted us to just dunk our chicken into the sauce ourselves. She was too lazy to do it herself. Finally after us insisting she fix our order she took our chicken sandwiches that were in the car with us back and disappeared for 5 min around the corner. When she came back she handed is our food and with a look that said, 'enjoy those sandwiches A-holes', smiled at us. We knew right away she'd done something to our food. We didn't eat it. We aren't dumb. This was the poorest display of customer service I've ever seen! We didn't get to eat our food and we were flaming mad. We'll never visit this kfc again. The manger is nasty black curly or wavy hair heavy looking Hispanic Latina very rude and her staff not professional at all . We went to buy a bucket of chicken on the day of the super bowl they told us they were closed but still had there signed up open supposedly only taking orders in the drive through . There was also this African girl not professional very naive and short did not give good customer service told us very rude that we had to leave very ignorant . After we ordered on the drive through there was a miss understanding with our order and the manager in black curly hair was very rude not professionally did not explained well to us the orders and price yelled out side the drive through that now we have to buy the orders without explaining nicely the confusion and miss understanding .
