KFC — Restaurant in Portland

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to, but unfortunately it's the only one near where I live so I've had to go to it whenever I'd had a craving for KFC. But the last time I had enough and decided to start traveling further.

The service at this location has always been terrible. They never get the order right, you have to repeat yourself a number of times, the staff act like they're ready to fall asleep, and whenever something isn't ready they never tell you until after you've paid for it. There used to be this terrible manager as well, though I'm not sure if he still works there or not, who was always incredibly rude.

What's worse is that they always-- always-- leave something out of the order, and it's never something small and excusable like a cookie or something, it's something larger and more expensive. I've had them not put mashed potatoes in the mashed potatoes and gravy and just ended up with a bowl of gravy, they've not put in entire sides, they've not given me entire parts of an order-- I've had them not give me the "Famous Bowl" I ordered or, the last time, I ordered a chicken pot pie along with some other stuff for my family and they didn't give me the pot pie. It happens literally every single time so it's clear that it's done on purpose, they purposely leave something out that you've paid for so it's just free money for them. They also don't give a receipt unless I remember to ask for it, so whatever is left out I have no proof that I even ordered it. Even when I do get a receipt and if I don't notice something is missing until I get home they wont answer their phone. It's a terrible practice to say the least.

About a month ago we had KFC delivered to our house paid over $35 and the chicken was unedible and I used to work at KFC so I know that it was because the oil was not being changed regularly the chicken skin was so dark and the chicken was so dry it was disgusting. And tonight we decided window for the drive-thru where is there close to 3 hours before closing and we wanted to buy the 10 piece bucket for $19.99 Was told they didn't have any sides to go with it (THREE HOURS BEFIRE THEY CLOSED) so he said change me five dollar for just the chicken i say we wanted only white meat he said no problem that's all he had HE lied got home more dark meat then white and the boot at first he said he was charged me $5 when I got to the window and went up to $6.95 and when I looked at my bill he charged me $10.95 lies lies lies and he charged me $4 for the macaroni and cheese and maybe wait 12 minutes for my hot wings Yeah they have the weight and as I had to wait she could have made the mashed potatoes for me had no biscuits and what he said to me he had to get rid of the chicken that I'm telling you when I go home that's all I did is I checked the damn chicken away show me Popeyes all the way from now on in a used a n the getting trouble to him a lot the leftovers that night what you still have to feed your password to and a half tree hours to and a half at 2 and have the 3 hours before a closing you have to feed your password a few night angel control your food in that then go...

This KFC has gotten my order wrong every single time. They never give me the extra sauces that I paid for with my meal. I've ordered the dunkit bucket multiple times and it's supposed to come with 3 sauces. The first time I ordered here I got no sauce at all and complained online to the app chat bot thay they use for customer sevice. This last time I ordered 2 extra sauces on top of the usual dunkit 3. I checked my order at the window and when I realized I only had 2 out of 5 sauces I ordered, I had to knock on the window repeatedly to get the employee to come back. She then gave me a large gravy instead of the gravy sauce cup and KFC sauce that I asked for. When I got home I realized they had completely forgotten one of my sides (the corn). It was too late to drive all they way back, and their app chat bot from previous experiences is worthless. The chicken nuggets are dry and chewy and the quality has been worse each time. I will not be going to this KFC again, Popeyes is way better and right...
