Spare your self the trouble of getting anything at night time. Every staff member at this restaurant does a amazing job except for the Scooby-Doo looking Stoner guy who works at night. I have been coming here weekly for almost a year now, and when I went in tonight, he I started treating me like I was some sort of criminal and wanted to know my name to match it to the order. Before I could even say my name however he thought he heard me say a name, and immediately wanted to see the matching debit card which I promptly showed him before me to him that it was the property of the gentleman that I'm a caregiver for. And ask him to please make my sandwiches so that I could go home. he refused service and which I told him to call his manager then he threatened to call the police and so I waited outside for them. not did the police make him give me my sandwiches but they also paid for my food for me. So thank you Portland Police. The Scooby-Doo gentleman needs to find a different line of work because his proformance is dragging this restaurant down into the ground. After all that, non of my sandwiches are correct.

Here we are again, same employee, I ordered ahead, food not even started by the pick up time and then my order was passed over because a cop came in and because he is a officer, some how that means they get...
Read moreNormally, I’ve been fine with this subway.
I walked in on October 19th around 4:05pm. Normally, the staff is more professional. Typically, if it’s not too busy at subway, I can walk 10 minutes from where I live and the sandwich is ready. If it’s busy, it’s a different story. However, there were three teenage boys behind the counter who were pretty behind on making sandwiches and mostly joking around. They didn’t start making my sandwich until I got there. I understand if it were busy and they were understaffed, but it wasn’t. I noticed when my sandwich was ready even though I asked about it before they started making it. They didn’t bother to call out my name or let me know. They just put it aside. I went up to them and asked them about it and they simply responded “are you here for pickup?” I responded “yeah, I was here at the counter beforehand. I think that’s my order right there.” They gave it to me after. To be fair, it certainly could’ve been worse. At least they made and gave me my sandwich. I don’t blame the workers so much as I do the management, but it would’ve been one thing if the workers were...
Read moreI had received Subway coupons in the mail. I was going to get a sandwich, possibly a meal. I was going to buy a large sub & drink for my friend. We hadn't been in the building more than 30 seconds when a staff person yelled they wouldn't take coupons. I didn't actually understand that she was addressing me, as I was talking to my friend. She yelled it out a second time. The way she yelled, it was as if we were doing something wrong. I answered no problem, as I could pay cash. She was rude to another customer, also. She could have said in a different tone, "I'm sorry, but we don't accept coupons". I think Subway was lucky we still spent our money there, 2 large sandwiches & 2 large drinks. Well over $20. A lot of people would have walked out after the way they were treated, or customers would have left because they didn't have enough money. We went out of our way, drove through heavy lunch time traffic and stood in the long line. I live on Hayden Island & could have gone to Taco Bell, McDonald's, Burger King, Boomers BBQ restaurant, Denny's & several smaller mom & pop restaurants. I won't go to this...
