This place did not disappoint. We walked all over downtown shopping and decided Korean was gonna be it for a late lunch. It started to drizzle so luckily the food came out fairly quick. The area has some āunsavoriesā but we were not pestered. I ordered the tofu burrito and it was huge and filling for $9. The kid had the bulgogi plate and said it was good. We shared yakisoba and had leftovers of that for later. The yakisoba was not oversaturated in sauce which I liked; however, if you prefer a more bolder taste in your noodle you might be saddened. My burrito had lots of sauce built in, so the noodles provided enough blandness I needed. With that being said, I didnāt need to order noodles but thought the burrito wasnāt going to fill me. Well it did. I shouldāve stopped halfway, but it was so good I forced myself to eat it all. We walked the 10 minutes to the car in cold and slightly drizzling weather and the food was still warm. Be prepared, there are a lot of homeless in the area asking for loose change/dollars. Many were talking to themselves. I give them vendors credit and will continue to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just stopped here randomly and was pleasantly surprised with a very good rice bowl. In the picture that I posted I got the bulgogi and the spicy pork. The bulgogi was perfectly done with all the normal flavors. The spicy pork; they did not shy away from the spices they used. 10 minutes after finishing my mouth still has a good twinge of spice.
If spice is scary to you skip anything that says spicy there. If you want it hotter I'm sure they can help you out.
It was a nice little touch adding a couple of fried potstickers and the salad wasn't bad either which is usually my biggest complaint when getting rice bowls.
This place is barely more expensive than Chipotle at least 20 times the value if for no other reason other than you would be supporting a good local business. I look forward to hitting this place up in the future for some super...

I got the Beef and it was bad for Korean. Why must everyone put sugar in everything? I make better and I am a white woman. Portland, once again, you just do not live up to Seattle's standards.
Skip this joint and tell me a real Asian eatery to go to. Will I go back? Hard pass.
The location had a bunch of other food trucks, yet lots of fried food and carb options. This is most definitely a place for people, not on Keto. Here is an idea, make a food court with just keto options and people...
