Driving through Portland on vacation, we stopped in the area to go to the Cod Father but they were closed. I ended up trying this place for me and my son. I ordered him the garlic shrimp mac and cheese and the cheesesteak mac and cheese for me. We ordered the regular. We were given a buzzer and told it would be 10-15 minutes. It probably took a little longer but not a big deal. When I went to pick it up, the owner/worker had given upgraded us to the large and doubled the meat for both, which was a ton of food. It was made fresh and looked very creamy and was piping hot. The food was delicious, and very tasty. The noodles were cooked al dente and the cheese sauce was very creamy, gooey and yummy. My son loved his shrimp option. The rest of the family tried both and thought they were very tasty. The owner/worker was very friendly and helpful. I asked what the favorites were and he indicated the garlic shrimp and cheesesteak so that is what we tried. Overall a great experience for a quick choice shift. Would order again if...
Read moreIf you’re craving comfort food, you have to check out this mac and cheese food truck! I stopped by on a rainy evening, and honestly, it was the perfect way to end my week. Rain pouring down, a warm bowl of cheesy goodness in my hands—it really doesn’t get better than that.
I got the BBQ Chicken Mac, and wow. It was everything I wanted and then some. The mac and cheese was super creamy, like the perfect amount of cheesy without being too much. The BBQ chicken on top was so tender and smoky, and that tangy barbecue sauce? Absolutely hit the spot. Every bite just worked so well together, I didn’t want it to end.
There’s just something about eating mac and cheese on a rainy night that feels like a warm hug, you know? I can’t wait to come back and try more of their flavors, I’ve got my eye on the bacon one next. If you’re a mac and cheese lover like me, don’t...

I got their garlic Parm chicken wings and was super disappointed I couldn't finish it. The garlic looked like it was some instant garlic butter type stuff.. there was like a puddle of it in the center of my container and they barely sprinkled some of the grated parmesan in it. When I smelled it, it smelled kinda off and I thought it was the parmesan. And I added some more parmesan that I had at home and it added much needed flavor. But I got an upset stomach later in the night. And I drank water with it. So the only thing I can think of that bothered me was the chicken. And I didn't even eat it all. It was about 21 dollars and the quality was not worth it at all. Win some you lose...
