Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Portland

Horrible experience. Walked in for a hot n ready pizza asked the cashier if any were done and available she said yes I ordered 1 large regular pepperoni with an order of crazy bread and marinara... Cashier said it'll be 5minutes.. I'm thinking maybe they're waiting for the bread to be done several walk-in orders later in and out while I'm still waiting at this time it's going on 20 minutes of waiting I ask the cashier how much longer will this be... She said 15 to 18 minutes... I ask why she mumbled I have no clue what. So I decide no I'm not waiting almost 40 minutes for 1 pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. I ask for a refund also pointed out that I was charged for an extra most bestest I didn't order an extra most bestest pepperoni I ordered a regular I asked cashier why she said she charged for that pizza because that was what was ready at the time I ordered but my question is why ring me up for something I did not order and charge me more and why make wait if it was ready... a man came to the register he states they have alot of online orders I only see 4 tickets one of them being mine hanging on the rack where the pizza is cut and bread is packed.. one lady came in for an online order she received an email/text stating her order was ready and it was not even in the portal ready they had to make it. Another issue is no gloves were worn by the man who was making the pizza. He would pick the cheese up from the container place it in the dispenser and was packing the dough in the pan gloveless... I got my refund. But my time was...

Never really had an issue with this store up until yesterday walked in for a hot and ready and was looked at multiple times by two different employees, but repeatedly ignored, beings they appear to be busy although there was nobody in the store. I do understand online orders I went ahead and grab my sauce, which are on the front counter along with my drink to wait so somebody could take my order. instead of being greeted. I was walked up to and told that I’m not supposed to be grabbing the sauces and that they usually do it for me. After I was informed, they then asked me to take my order as soon as I try to make my order I was instantly cut off once again and told that they wouldn’t have anything ready for another 15 to 20 minutes. I’m not sure why I couldn’t have been made aware of that as soon as I walked in and patiently waited all this time however after being cut off three different times while trying to place this order, I put my sauces back on the counter along with my drink and walked out. I realize customer service has gone to shit since...

I love the little Caesars brand and pizza, but this location has some employees who are simply not trying. I asked for a cheese pizza and the guy says we don’t have any, okay! No offer to make one.. just we dont have any?

Walked out and got to the car and sent my son back in because I was mad. He came out and said they have cheese pizzas.

I went back in and a he told me again he had no cheese pizzas..

A lady came from the back and said we have cheese pizza- I looked at the kid like he was an idiot because he was.

A guy came in and his card wouldn’t work - I asked him why don’t you punch in the number and he the little Cesar’s employee refused the guy! The same girl came from the back and rings him up on the other register and his card works..

Lowering the stars from 3 to 1 because I came back to try it again and walked out frustrated after 45 seconds.

You advise hot and ready but you only have pepperoni hot and ready. No calzones like advertised
