Had a good time here. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The AYCE option is a solid deal. They only lose a half star because the sushi was..just good. Nothing fancy, tasted ok, nothing amazing. I really enjoyed my experience as a whole but you shouldn't come here expecting great sushi. If you like fried rolls and tempura in everything, you'll be fine. I don't know if I will come back, mainly bc there are other places that have similar offerings but better flavors. Oh, so 1 negative thing, the tofu and most of the broth in my miso was cold. Not like, cooled down, it was straight up cold. Other than that they did fine with what they have. They keep the 5 stars bc they don't try and pretend to be fancy, they just make decent sushi. The service...

First thing to note, it’s not really a dine in establishment. Bar seating only with tiny chairs and very cramped. The whole place is small and we listened to the 3 staff talk the whole time because they were so loud. Sushi was good, but it was a 40 minute wait and we were the only folks there. We watched probably 5 people come pick up to-go orders while we waited for 4 rolls. Finally was served our food and they made one of the rolls wrong. Gluten free options were great, but everything is in one fryer so expect cross contamination and avoid if you have celiac.

AYCE is a rip off. Selection is poor. They start off by giving you a plastic glass with Luke warm water with no ice. All the variety that makes up an exciting AYCE is missing. Missing are all the delectable appetizers and entrées that make an AYCE a good experience, no sweet shrimp, no mussels, no oysters, no collar, no sashimi, no bulgogi, no dynamite, no coconut shrimp, no seafood salad. This is just a small example of what's missing from what makes a good AYCE sushi place. Dessert not included, no ice cream or mochi....The sushi itself was not exciting at all...overall boring, boring boring, ...
