Really awesome sandwiches with thoughtful combinations of ingredients. Everything really tastes fresh. There's lemon habanero hot sauce on the side. The serving is huge, they even have deliverete spillover of vegetables so you can balance out your bites. It's perfect.

--- snacks --- Seasonal salad ⭐⭐⭐ little bitter for me would ask for the contents next time, the raddicio was overly bitter for me

Pickle plate ⭐⭐✨ average, doesn't blow my mind you get what you expect

--- sandwiches --- The Grind ⭐⭐⭐ what you expect really good bread tho

❤️COG ⭐⭐⭐⭐ sour and a little spicy, I loved it juicy chicken really amazing bread I adore the crunch

❤️Nicholle ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ loved it, super basic but so well executed the mustard is good the basic-ness lets the bread shine this is my favorite

Ruben ⭐⭐⭐✨ just ok to me think I just don't love pastrami partner thought it was a 5 star sandwich though

❤️Torro ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨ I really like the cabbage like it more than the cog surprisingly good balance of acidity, cuts through the red meat like the banana peppers love the cilantro peppery sort of

Cubano ⭐⭐⭐ liked the lettuce but wouldn't order again one person said it was too chewy my partner said it wasn't his...

I wavered between 4 and 5 stars, mainly because they put cilantro on my sandwich after I checked off "no cilantro" when ordering at the kiosk. I HATE cilantro. And that aside, it really overpowered the OG sandwich which was otherwise divine. Lucky for me it wasn't much and I was able to pick it off. After that, easily one of the best sandwiches I've ever had and that's what gives them their 5 stars from me. I read reviews that said the sandwiches were too vinegary. Either I disagree or didn't notice because I love vinegar. The chili oil was just the right amount of heat and the bread was delicious. The smoked pastrami paired perfect with the sweet aioli. To the people complaining about service: we didn't get welcomed or even acknowledged when we came in, but it didn't make it a worse experience. The guy that brought us our sandwich was nice. And parking is not that bad, we parked around the corner no problem. Oh, and I think $17 is a good price for the size of these sandwiches, though it would have been nice to have it come with a bag of chips. Would I come again? Definitely. But I'd stress the no cilantro on...

Went for dinner the first week they were open. Was pleasantly surprised with one of my all time favorite dining experience.

Creative, seasonal vegetable dishes were expertly executed. All were great, but the kabocha squash salsa and carrots/celery root with their beef sauce were standouts.

Since they use the entire animal, I was unfamiliar with most of the cuts of beef on the menu. Chef Kei gave us a mini lesson on the different cuts, and the 2 we ended up choosing came out phenomenally cooked.

The environment was warm and inviting, the sense of separation between most kitchens and dining areas wasn’t there - and the chefs were excited to share the experience they had crafted.

I followed up the next day with the Hannah Sandwich from their lunch menu, which I was as impressed with.

And all of this within the context of a philosophy on food that is local, seasonal, and supports regenerative agriculture.

I’m excited to try more items on their menu (next time I’m coming back for the pork) and take advantage of the butcher shop for my...

I recently went to PDX Pasture, and the experience was okay. The person taking our order seemed visibly annoyed that we were there, showing little patience as we tried to decide what to order. When the food arrived, the server dropped it on the table without a word, showing no emotion or effort to inform us which sandwich was which. The lack of basic courtesy and communication made the meal far less enjoyable. Although the customer service wasn’t super welcoming, the food was amazing. The quality of the sandwich was amazing. I got the toro sandwich which paired very nicely with the habanero lime sauce they had. The space was a bit cramped. The tables and chairs just were a bit too close to each other. There is no outdoor seating available. You have to scan a QR code on the wall to see the menu, or wait til you get to the register to see the menu. If you are a wine person, they have a nice selection of wine there.
