Thai mix — Restaurant in Portland

I moved to Portland in August & was overwhelmed by the choices offered by all the different food carts. I think I spent the first 2 months trying a lot of different ones in NE. Many of them are good - but for me, Thai Mix stands out as the winner - the food has always been delicious & fresh to order and the owner is nice to talk with. I highly recommend the Drunken Noodles, Peanut Sauce Burger with fries & the drinks (pineapple is my favorite). I had all of these multiple times & the quality is consistent (great!).
