I really want to like this place. After mourning the loss of Oak and Olive, I made an effort to get behind Please Louise. However, after 2 botched orders I'm not confident. The first order was a pizza and a pasta with meatballs. While my sweetie feasted on pizza, I had to boil water and cook pasta because I got one meatball. For $14! Tonight we ordered 2 pasta dishes and a pizza and were told to pick up in 40 minutes. When my sweetie showed up, he saw the 2 pasta dishes languishing at the pass while he waited 30 minutes for his pizza. I'm so confused! My pasta was nice, after I got my skillet out and heated it back up. Skipped the 2nd pasta for tonight because I just can't. Seriously, please Louise, I'm running out of patience.

Drove from out of town to go to Please Louise new location. Drove directly there to make it by 8:13pm to order a pizza and cocktail before they close; which says 9pm on both google and their front door. Walked in unlocked doors to be greeted with a “we close at 8pm on Sundays”… Never going out of my way to come here again. Please louise!

I must say, this is some really tasty pizza. My wife and I tried the fennel sausage pizza and the meatball plate. I'm excited to try more pizzas and also their pasta dishes. They have friendly staff. The beer selection has room to grow, but happy this restaurant is close by.

Our family really likes the casual, delicious Please Louise, but I hope they consider elevating customer service going forward. We let them know upon ordering that we wanted to leave with takeout for my kiddo. I suggested they fire it when we were eating - the server was concerned it’d be too fast and I said I trusted her. She said they often send people with takeout. When we were done eating, I reminded her. It took another 35 minutes to get the food. Instead of putting her kids’ pasta in the front of the line, they treated it like a new order. I let the manager know (he dropped the food when it was done) because after years of waiting tables, I’d want to know if something like that happened to a table. Instead of just saying sorry, he blamed us and the server. So bizarre. We will probably still be back but since my feedback hit a buzzsaw in person, also leaving this here in the hopes it helps others...

The food is genuinely SO GOOD, the pizza is fantastic, their salads and entrees are delicious but I have been to this restaurant 4 times and only once were we able to order what we actually wanted due to them being out of a certain food or not having the right chef to cook it. The last time I went we asked up front before we were sat if they had their full menu available and we were told yes only to be told that the entree I wanted PLUS my backup were unavailable when I went to order. The restaurant is genuinely so good and the staff seem like lovely people just thrown into a poorly managed situation. I am genuinely so disappointed that I feel like I shouldn’t go back because even when I try my hardest not to be disappointed, I still am let down. I love your food Please Louise, please...
