Let me start by saying my wife and I use to go to their location off of highway 30 all the time before they shut it down for covid. My wife saw that the opened it back up, but because I wanted food to go with the beer and all the nw location had for food was hotdogs; we decided to go to their other pub. I knew we should have just walked out and gone somewhere else, and we contemplated it before we sat down. But we decided to give it a chance. You have to download a QR app to download the menu. And from there you also order and pay for your food. We went out to get food and beer, to also get service. I can pour my own beer from one of my kegs, and get take out or cook something my self. You could add things to your items. But there was no way we could find to let the kitchen staff know that there were food allergies at our table. And the 1 employee we saw walking around would not come over to check on us. So my wife decided she would just have a beer and not risk eating something that might cause some health issues. I went with the buffalo chicken sandwich. The fries were cold. And there was a huge puddle of grease under my sandwich. Highly disappointed. Food has never been their strong selling point. It has always been decent. Not fantastic, but decent. My sandwich was greasy and bland. Add in the whole app aspect of our dining experience and it made it overpriced and a huge let down. I doubt I will be back for along time. They need to get their customer service plan nailed down. If I want to feel like I am ordering something from a self serve kosik, I will go to McDonald's. Not spend good money...

Fast service, nice venue, quality food, great beer and cider. When I'm in the area I will often return to this brewery for a reliable good time. Some of the things I really appreciate:

They have a full bar, it's behind the counter and hard to see but if you can't drink beer or prefer not to you have options.

Sauces: they make their own I think, their BBQ is original and tasty (more of a glaze, not "ketchuppy" tg).

Ciders: yes its a brewery but seriously you have to try their ciders. Extremely well balanced and dry, 9/10+ The beer is stellar too but I have to call out ciders - don't miss these.

Healthy & Veg options: very easy to eat healthy real food here, lots of great substitution options for all dietary needs, multiple veg options even tho the menu is short.

I'm not sure if they will ever go back to full table service (not sure if they transitioned prior to pandemic or?) But things come out quickly and you can rest assured your orders on your phone aren't being blackholed. The menu used to have a lot more entree options and the food was always very good - hope to see the menu expand again as pandemic winds down. I do wish the burger patties had a couple more oz onboard, but the chicken sandwiches are stellar - I prefer them on burger buns over the ciabatta occasionally.

Overall super reliable, never let you down, good food & drinks, heated patio. If you are in the area you probably already know, if you are passing through pop in and check it...

It's not often that my experience is poor enough to promt a review, but this is happening in the hopes that some positive change can happen. Sasquatch Brewing, ideally could be a sweet localspot to enjoy beverages and good food....minus the following. First, we waited for a table for 6 for about 20 minutes and when our table was available, we walked through the main dining area and saw about 3 other empty tables with the capacity to accommodate us. Why did we need to wait that long? Second, I ordered what sounded like a yummy summer salad (The Grilled Peach Salad). I was really looking forward to it. It was a huge dissapointment. The peaches were not ripe but crunchy and completely tasteless. They should've just used apples...they are supposed to crunchy. Also, there was supposed to be cheve cheese on the salad but the amount was meager and while Im at it the dressing was non-existent. Super dissapointing. I tried to enjoy it, but soon gave up. Third, and one of the most agravating was our waitress. She clearly was either having a bad day or doesnt like her job. Her body language was loud and clear that regardless of the reason, she was not stoked to be helping us. As a customer, feeling like your server is annoyed or irritated isnt a great vibe. She shouldn't be working at a job where customer service is top priority. Needless to say, this experience was...

Now featuring pub grub and a touchless ordering system using Toast, you can bypass being seated and choose your table, open a tab, order drinks, and peruse the menu, and order food when you are ready. Now that the Bertha Bridge is open it's an easy walk from anywhere in the neighborhood. Was open even during the snow storm when you just need to get out of the house. If you are old school, you can still swing by the bar at the entrance and say hello to the host, order a drink and food, and head to a table. There is a tent across the street where you can choose a table, use the QR code for your table, and order just like you would do on the deck or front -- all outside. The Big Salad may be the only one on the menu, but it is delicious, as is the vegan Impossible burger with lettuce, tomato, and avacado. It comes with delicious regular fries, but for $2 more the sweet potato fries are wonderful! Sasquatch is a brewery, and you can order a sampler test or enjoy your favorite Sasquatch brew. The Mouth Pillow Hazy IPA is a current favorite. Service is faster than most places because of the touchless ordering.

I've found that most breweries are focused (understandably) on their drink options while the food is treated as an afterthought. Sasquatch Brewing Co delightfully deviates from this pattern by providing tasty brews and quality food. We ordered the honey hot sandwich, the clucker, and an order of buffalo wings. The wings had a delightful smoky flavor and came as full sized chicken wings, the honey hot sandwich wasn't too sweet with just the right amount of spice, and the clucker was exactly what you want in a fried chicken sandwich. The pumpkin brew I ordered was light and tasty with notes of fall spices. Covered outdoor patios offer the joy of experiencing the fall outdoors without being soaked in the rain. There are no real complaints here. The only reason service gets 4/5 stars is that you order and pay by QR code, so there really isn't much service to critique. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and will probably go again.

Really enjoyed this local watering hole. The food was really good. I had the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich. It was crispy with a nice sweet & spicy sauce. I added fries, they were shoestring, would have liked some other type. The Capital Hwy location is long, lengthwise, with a couple of rooms with tables. Family friendly, they may even have toys for the kids? They seem to continue with the 'Covid' style service: scan the QR code for the menu and the order from it. You had to submit ur phone # to get the menu, kind of a hassle, wasn't really keen on sharing it and possible getting spammed later. I suppose after the first time it gets better Call me old school, I miss having a menu and talking with a server. (So do you tip if it's like a fast food place minus someone personally taking ur order and they only bring out the food and not even check on you?) All in all would go back for the food for sure.
