The absolute best and fastest service I’ve ever received in a moments notice! I spoke with Lynn on Sept 7th at 5:18pm (they closed at 5:30pm) she was so patient and pleasant with me over the phone. Most people that has less than 15mins left to work will have rushed or never answered the phone. This was NOT the case. I explained to her that I reside in Illinois-my son who is stationed there in Portland with the military, turns 21 yrs old on Sept 8th which was the next day. She said no worries we will make it happen for you. Invited me to the online portal to place the order. The very next morning, I received a email confirming the order.

My son had no idea that he was receiving an sweet surprise until it was delivered! He was so happy and felt closed to home when he received our special note that they included. I wish I could give more stars! I called in my order very short notice and was met with nothing but kindness. Not only was the cake absolutely delicious and absolutely beautiful! They ran into an issue with sunflowers not getting delivered in time. Nothing they could have planned for but she reached out and helped me make sure I got a beautiful cake. She went the extra mile to make the cake was what I had envisioned. A while I waited in the coffee shop, the wonderful and sweet barista give me a coffee on the house...

I had a custom order for my boyfriend's birthday and Lynne was always available and very nice. She prepared everything perfectly and the delivery went without any problems. I ordered from Germany and highly recommend them! It looked amazing and was delicious. As soon as I am in Portland I will definitely stop by to thank her in person. Thanks again and best regards...
