Read moreUsually this taco bell is snazzy and service is fantastic. I get off pretty late from work, 1am, so it’s usually the go to when i’m too tired to make food. Last night, 3/14/25 at around 1:30am, I stopped by for some food. Usually when ordering food, i can see what is going on with my order on the screen. I didn’t see the modifications i requested, so i asked if they were there and she was a bit rude responding that they are there. I went on to order a cheesy roll up and she busted out laughing; genuinely what was funny? She continued to laugh while trying to finish taking my order. At this point i was convinced to back out and leave, but i just continued on. We get the food, and another lady that didn’t take the order asked if i needed sauce. i requested sauce when i literally ordered my food, so that shows nothing was taken into consideration when i ordered my food. The stackers i ordered and had modified were horrendous. they literally only had cheese and cream cheese with a tablespoon of ground beef. My cheesy bean and rice burrito was also awful. The top half was just beans and the lower half was old, crunchy rice. Overall, it felt like horrible service and dismissive. I worked customer service for many yrs, so i’m typically chill about things, but i don’t play about giving horrible service to customers when it’s not warranted. I'm starving tired ready to eat I'm excited for my meal and I get it there the cashier was amazing I believe her name was Leroa at least that's what it said on the receipt. When I get back to work and take a bite of my burrito there was nothing but jalapeños on it a whole handful of jalapeños I call Taco Bell back and let them know about the messed up order the manager Shawna her response was you must've read the order screen wrong. I said excuse me are used to work for Taco Bell I know how to treat a customer and that's not how you talk to them. So she said just come back we'll see what we can do. I sure did come back but after work at 11 PM she was still there I asked for store manager and she sent out a crewmember because she didn't want to show her face . I explain the situation to the crew member and when it came down to a refund because I wanted the refund I brought everything back she wanted to refund me for my bean Brito which wasn't messed up I just didn't want it anymore I was upset and I brought it back but she actually messed up the Frito burritos which is a whole two dollars so she tried to steal my money from me which I did not appreciate very much I wasted my 30 minute lunch my gas and on top of that I'm starving I have not eaten all day I'm crankY.
