I know they are probably swamped right now, so I’m giving them a pass on the fact that the pizza was only ready 20min after they said it would on our order. There was a chicken BONE in the chicken on my son’s pizza (see pictures). They also charged us extra for more ranch, and didn’t end up giving it to us anyway. Pizza was good otherwise…

As much as I like this place I was a little dissapointed today to receive an overdone cheese pizza while I was waiting in the store for like 10 minutes to get my order. Luckily I also got some buffalo wings which were alright. I highly recommend the Hawthorne location it was good when I had it there.

Let me start with that I love Rovente pizza at Downtown Portland location that I often go to. It’s so delicious that I don’t want to stop eating it!! Heavenly. However, I had an absolutely opposite experience at THIS Rovente pizza location this Sunday, Jan 12th. I ordered take out cheese pizza special and another XL pizza, mind you $46. Expecting the same amazing Rovente deliciousness and quality, I raved to my wife all about it, come home to find out that was not the case. Cheese pizza was overdone, very thin and just cardboard like, the other pizza was a bit better but same overdone and just not good, not something to enjoy whatsoever. The worst pizza I’ve ever had. I could have gotten a way better pizza at any cheaper pizza place, no kidding. I should have went back and returned it, that’s how bad it was. But family was hungry and already nibbling on it. I’m very throughly disappointed with this location pizza. However, Downtown Portland Rovente Pizza is just so delicious! Even cheese pizza there...

The pizza here is always top notch and delicious. On 9/21/23 I placed a to go order for me to pick up after work and accidentally worked past the time I was supposed to pick up my pizza. When I got to the store the associates working told me that they were going to remake my pizza free of charge. I told them I was totally fine with the old pizza as it was my fault but they insisted and asked if I could wait five more mins. They didn’t have to do that and I’m now going home with fresh pizza. You’ve got a very kind PM crew there today. I always have a good experience with Rovente teammates but today was way above and beyond and it needed to be...

When I moved to the John's Landing area I was looking for a local pizza place that was delicious instead of opting for Domino's. So I discovered Rovente Pizza. I love this place! I always get it for delivery. Fresh ingredients and always taste so good. I usually always get the Chicken Oriente.

Even with my latest experience when the delivery driver was running really late (never had this happened), they called to let me know they just baked my pizza, it was fresh, and they offered to add in a liter of soda of my liking just because it took so long.

Rovente is definitely the way to go! Food is amazing, great service, and a local...
