Today I witness a bizarre behavior at this store! A female customer walking away from the store arguing with a male. She got into her car in a hurry and said "I'm getting into my car" He finally left her alone and walked back to the store. I share the event to the store assistant manager and she said "he's a regular here and they were talking" From my perspective seeing a woman walking briskly and saying firmly that she was living without any hesitation, meant that she was uncomfortable. The assistant manager statement "he's a regular here" made me think that a regular customer can harass a customer without care in the world !!!!??? What's the proceedure for the person being harassed!!!???
Also how does a 3rd party witness perceive if the environment is safe and also when an employees winess customers argues impacting the store atmosphere.
A simple response like, thank you for let me know. I will check it out since both customers are regular here. This response would have shown to me that I was heard and that some type of action was going...
Read moreI usually don't write reviews for Starbucks, though I greatly appreciate their coffee and service and consistency. But tonight I am leaving a review for the two stellar young men behind the bar who truly represented Starbucks in a way that would make Howard Schultz very proud! The baristas replaced my venti latte even though I clearly ordered it wrong. They explained that I should never hesitate to ask them to fix it even if it was my fault. They would not accept the difference in price for my mistake. They said it best when they said, "This is Starbucks."
The atmosphere in this remodeled Starbucks is very nice and is a students study paradise with PCC nearby. I actually come here to work because they have a long deep bar facing the baristas with outlets as well as a bar with outlets against the north window. There is also a nice living room-like area in the back with comfy chairs and sofa. They also have a long community table which is great for group study.
I also come here for the decent Internet speed which is critical...

The girl up front didn't write it on the side of the cup (which is fine, it happens), so I nicely asked the girl in the back to fix it and apologized. She rudely said, "so that'd be a cookie crumble" I said,"no it isn't a cookie crumble, I don't like the cookie crumbles on there, so I don't order it that way". Then the girl said,"well it's the same base so we'd have to charge you more". So, I asked why and explained that I've never been told that before by any other location. She ended up just turning around instead of explaining why itd be more and then was pretty cold. I was nice from the get go, tipped, and apologized for the inconvenience of fixing...
