I stumbled upon Super Bowl.PDX and it instantly became one of my favorite food carts in town! The bento boxes are generous and flavorful—especially the chicken and shrimp veggie combos. The prices are fair for the portion sizes, and you can tell they put care into every dish. I also tried the Pad Kee Mao and it was packed with bold, delicious flavor—definitely a must-try! I came once before n fell in love w the sweet bean buns n pad Thai and she was friendly. I get there today to an open cart with a closed sign on it. I figured maybe she went to lunch or whatever so I waited and waited. I finally asked one of the other carts if they knew what was up and they said she does this ALL the time and that she will be back but there's NO telling how long.
