I wanted to give this Chipotle location the benefit of the doubt but with countless mishaps. I felt empowered to deliver the feedback publically on Yelp since the leadership of Chipotle and their customer service team doesn't respond to private individual feedback. This Chipotle location is in a very nice location, has friendly workers, and a chipotolane, which is a plus. But the negatives outweigh the positive. The past three times, we've had an order pickup, they've missed items we've paid for, put in wrong ingredients and this last time we ordered online only to get there with a sign on the window that said, "For refund, call the Chipotle customer service number" because they were closed. Just poor experiences all around and I would advise leadership to listen to your customers feedback to patch up the things that ultimately keep you in business, the customer experience. As for this location, personally I would recommend you to take your Chipotle cravings elsewhere.
UPDATE: Went back a week later at 3pm for indoor dining this time and was met by this sign at the door “CLOSED” no explanation as to why or when they’ll be open again… I understand the need to close early with staffing shortages or food shortages but could you at least do your customers a favor by updating that you’re closed on Google before they head...
Read moreI don't like to write negative reviews. Not so much because I'm concerned about the company, I'm more concerned about the workers. Workers first. But I also don't want others to experience what I experienced. I submitted my online order tonight for three chicken tacos with a corn (vs wheat) shell. The lady who handed me my order gave me the order quickly and order was on time. The main concern about the order I picked up my the taco shell. The shell wasn't corn, it was flour, not the taste I want and not what I ordered. I may have a health condition, so even including a post it note or handwritten note that says "flour" (or "gluten") just some warning. That would be a minimum. Perhaps logistically the company was short staffed. That responsibility, much like with training or supplies, falls with the company and the manager for that location. There were also a couple pieces of either excessively spicy or overcooked chicken. It was, or those pieces were definitely off. This isn't something I normally experience at Chipotle but it's also not okay. I would rather ordered lower quality, but better flavor, at a taco truck. The slightly better health standards, what I consider very basic meat quality, is the reason I order at Chipotle. Needs...
Read moreUnprofessional as can be. Multiple times I've shown up to pick up "To Go" orders between 9:45-9:59 when they are open until 10pm which is clearly stated in writing on the door along with a notice saying to-go orders are allowed to be picked up. I show up to find the door locked, employees completely in ignoring us knocking those of us who are working picking up those orders and delivering them to people who would like to have their Chipotle. Taking money out of our pockets by denying us to get the orders. During their business hours mind you I'm not asking for them to be open after they're closed but they seem to enjoy closing early and leaving people's food to get cold on the shelf and then throwing it away wasting it. This is happened at least four time that I've gone there to pick up orders for my work delivering food. You would think that an extra 15 minutes would it be too much to ask maybe they should put that they're closing time is 9:45 since they don't seem to want to leave the doors unlocked until then like it says on the side. So if you like to order food to any of the popular apps ubereats GrubHub doordash or the like be prepared to not get your food if you order it anywhere after 9:30 from...
