Very odd experience at this location. Store was quiet with 2 other buyers with plenty on staff. I knew what model I wanted, so figured I would be an easy sell. When I asked basic questions over color and size, the representative assigned to me appeared frustrated and pointed at the wall. I stepped away to try and figure this out but was unable to view the phones due to this being where a customer was shopping. When I asked if she could tell me the color options again she raised her voice and rudely stated âLIKE I SAIDâŚâ Luckily my husband found a display pic with colors on a side table, not sure why the rep did not show me this as itâs a super easy way to visualize what ânaturalâ and what shade of blue the colors are. When it came to choosing memory size I asked another basic question and the rep was further dismissive. I explained that I only knew so much about the newest iPhone. I stepped away and asked my husband if we should go somewhere else since the rep appeared stressed for no reason and our day was quickly turning from âexcited to get a new phoneâ to bummed by a very rude rep. I guess the manager could see this downward spiral and saved the day. The manager was knowledgeable, showed me which accessories I would need and took a quick look at my current phone so that a memory size could be suggested. Once this was said and done I was sent back to the original rep to pay and the price was very low. I asked if it could be explained. When the manager asked the rep to show me the breakdown on the screen the rep proceeded to huff and puff further. Once shown I could see she auto enrolled me into a payment plan. When I asked if I could pay for all up front, this is when the theatrics really began. I received another aggressive response of âI WISH I WOULD HAVE KNOWN, NOW I HAVE TO DO THIS ALL OVER AGAIN.â Once again I stepped back because I was made to feel like a bother. I explained âI wasnât asked.â Following this we had to watch her put the glass sticker protector over the screen and that was painful to watch. She was stressed, mumbling and gasping, which made me worry that something may be wrong with it. Since the rep did not offer, the manager asked before I left if I wanted help setting it up. While answering my set-up question, the original rep stood next to the manager blurting âYEAHâ over the manger while she spoke and kept cracking her neck. The entire experience spent with this individual was draining and difficult to watch. When we left my husband commented that I was shaking. The experience ended up triggering my tremors. I am still in shock that I was treated this way when dropping $1200. When I left the 2 customers who were there before me were still there, which means what I needed was simple and did not need to be made so difficult.    Read moreSo easy to work with. I had been having trouble with my phone, tried so many troubleshooting options on my own but was stuck so I took it in.
First they fixed my sim card but I ended up needing a warranty replacement so I ended up in (and had to call) the store a few times. Everyone I interacted with made the process so easy. Even when the phone was late they were so attentive, helpful and never made me feel awkward for calling everyday to check. When the phone arrived they helped me transfer everything over, again super easy process.
Since Id been in the store a handful of times by this point I observed lots of employees at times when the store was busy and they were all so helpful, thorough and on top of everyone who came in the door.
On top of that Alejandro answered a ton of my questions about parental controls and even offered to set it up for me. I brought my kids in and he walked us all through the process and the features. It was honestly so helpful to do this process together as a family with a professional walking us through it.
I really want to express my appreciation to the whole staff for being so easy to work with but especially to Alejandro for setting up those parental controls for us, going above and beyond what is normal, and taking such great care of me and my family.

   Read moreI have a very expensive insurance for my phone. It was defect and I called the hotline to return it. Instead of sending one to me, they made me go to this store and pay for a new device. I like to not to accept every thing when installing my phone. I told this the lady. She lied to me and said I would have to. Maybe just an issue of knowledge, but definitely not true. She was also not able to send my data to the new phone and made me delete everything, but the phone numbers.
When I left the shop it was already closing and I realized that the sim card and sd card are getting constantly rejected by the phone. Both worked very well before I went to the store and were also clean. The phone I got was new, what let's me believe it was not dirty inside and makes it pretty clear: The phone was defect.
I called the hotline and they told me I could go the next day back to the store and would get a new and working phone. (I need my phone for work.) Now I am here at the shop and got told I would have to wait a week and pay again for a new device.
I highly recommend to pass this store and just drive to a different one with people who have a higher iq and do know the sentence: Customer is king.
