Visited this gem during a sporadic adventure in Alberta. The line outside was a huge indicator that this place was legit- and it totally was.

Super friendly staff welcomed us in- we ordered a breakfast sammie and an oven dried tomato scramble. Both items were tasty and 100% vegan!

The breakfast sammie was the PERFECT portion on an English muffin. The sauce was a bit spicy, so expect a lil kick! No need for extra condiments like ketchup, the vegan cheese and tofu have tons of flavor.

The oven dried tomato scramble was amazing. This seemed like a HUGE portion compared to the sammie. The potatoes on the side were so flavorful.

Our hope was to order dessert but felt way too stuffed. We could have taken something home but come on, those goodies are made for eating ASAP.

Clean, great atmosphere and rockin tunes. We will be back, those desserts need to...

So, I just got takeout from Supernova for the first time. I am only writing this review (while eating said takeout) because I was already on Google, asking Google if Supernova Vegan was reeeally vegan. It is suspiciously good. Like, who do I have to sell my soul to in order to learn how to make this tempeh Mac? Is there a forest wizard I have to contact? I can't even talk about the hot coco cupcake because WHAT? There was a tiny straw in it. It was almost too cute to eat... almost. They also give you approximately 30lbs of mac in one order. You could feed a family of 4 with it. Will I do that? No. But I will magnanimously share leftovers with my tomorrow...

WOW! Ordered through a delivery app this morning. Kept meaning to try this place and when I saw they have a breakfast menu, I decided today was the day.

Bfast Sammie: The most delicious, and by far the CUTEST, breakfast sandwich I've ever had. I wanted to give my non-vegan spouse a bite but couldn't. Too good to share with someone who can't share with me 🤣

Cinnamon roll: I did split that with the spouse as it's HUGE and I was getting pretty full and don't have much of a sweet tooth. He loved it. I loved it (excellent with oatmilk, fyi).

Can't wait to try more from Supernova. Definitely a place I can take a non-vegan and know they'll...

Supernova is my favourite breakfast spot, and half of that has to do with Stac(e)y. I love her chai lattes and the food is always top notch. I’ve tried a few things on the menu and I can’t get away from ordering the tofu scramby with those damn delicious smashed potatoes. The lemonade is also fire and I can’t believe I’ve been so many times without trying it today. Whilst I will always miss Back to Eden, I’m thankful Supernova had taken its place. Also, don’t sleep on the desserts—there is literally never a wrong answer.

Cool vegan restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We sat on the roadside covered patio, but you can also eat inside. Almost everything on the breakfast menu has eggs in it, and you can choose between egg substitute or tofu egg (which I tried and is decent). Friendly staff, but our food didn't come for probably half an hour. There were only 2 people working in the restaurant though. They also serve pastries. I got the cinnamon roll and it was one of the best I've had!

What a great surprise. After dropping my husband off at the Portland airport I googled nearest vegan restaurant. It’s only about 10 minutes from PDX. The breakfast sandwich was amazing and the potato’s were the perfect add on. I had to take some Mac n cheese for the road as I can never find good vegan options. YUM YUM YUM. I will definitely come back next time I’m in Portland. Also, the restaurant has a great vibe and the owner was super kind.
