To: Taco bell NE Air Cargo Thank you for your service, you all are still new so I understand the process, keep up the good work and always remember, teamwork makes the dream work...
To: EVERYONE that complains Why not put yourselves in the workers shoes?.. Noone ever looks to see if they're short staff (thank the economy), in training or even think about the times it gets busy, obviously government jobs are mainly near or within the airport which means all lunch times are the same. If you've never worked fast food, then you will never know the struggle fast food companies suffer and go through. It's not there fault its short staff or not have enough hours to go around to have an extra body to make food/work register and clean up after you grown adults that don't know how to eat over the tray!.. It's not there fault one to three people in line would order 100 tacos in the drive thru, someone in line is picky or takes there time ordering.. If you really are unhappy and have nothing nice to say to these kids working to help with bills or for school, then you should take yourself and negatively elsewhere. You know how long your lunch is, if you don't want to wait, order in advance (they have that feature now for impatient people) or make your own lunch!!.. Don't take your frustration out on people that are probably not making much to serve you people that do nothing, but complain to get a free item or because your lunch is over. Quit being stuckups and own up to when you order wrong, and I know for a fact a lot of people don't ever look at the menu nor check order if it's correct. Technology has made the minds lazy, the majority is relying on technology to think and process everything. A lot of you sit in the drive thru like it's a indoor line or restaurant to order. It takes one to spoil the bunch. Drive thru was meant for people on the way to work, who know what they want and moms/dads that need a quick grab to bite. Drive thru person takes the order, makes the drinks while talking to person ordering and ringing up/cashing out person at the window. So before you want to jump into conclusions a d assume it's taco bells fault, look and listen to your surroundings. It could be the person before or after you that causes the whole order to mess up!! Taco bell employees are human also!!! Respect is earned, not given to just anyone, our attitudes really can affect someone. You never know what they might be going thru!!.. So please be kind, a lil more patient...
Read moreI Love Taco Bell...been to a lot of locations. Some great, some not so great. This was by far, speed and service related, the ABSOLUTE WORST Tbell experience I have had.
For the amount of cars in the Drive-Thru at this location (5 including mine), the relative wait time was by far the longest/slowest experience I have ever had with fast food, it even eclipsed one time at a McDonalds in Florida that hurts my soul every time I think about it, but at least I was with friends at the time. With 4 cars ahead of me, it took 47 minutes to get to the window. No one in front of me had more than 1 bag of food. One person had 2 drinks, and another had 1 drink. Once at the window, I waited 11 minutes, for 1 item (chicken quesadilla), no special instructions. Cheese was barely melted on pieces that had it, the biggest piece which was about 1/3 of the quesadilla had less than 10% of it with any cheese/chicken/sauce on it at all. The drive thru employee at the window was on their phone most of the time, laughing occasionally and chatting with someone who would come out of the back/kitchen area once in a while to talk for a minute or 2 then return. They only opened the window to hand the food out without saying anything and quickly closed the window after. Also was given less and completely incorrect sauces (cantina quesadilla, only received 1 sour cream instead of spicy ranch and the jalapeno sauce).
I have never started a review prior to my experience being completed before this and usually give places another chance before I post a negative review (I mostly give high star reviews to places I enjoy so others can as well) but I felt obligated here to share this awful visit.
Only pros: Location near airport/cell phone waiting area
Definitely do NOT recommend going (at least in DT) before a flight. Any other reason to...
Read moreI am going to be grumpy posting. Had a long day and a long night in front of me. And I had a bit of gear with me I didn't want to leave in the car while getting food, and blisters on my toes from the day. So I figured I would go easy on myself with some drive thru. I preordered on the phone and headed over. I pull up and the drive thru has a sign that walk in for mobile orders. I consider driving thru anyways, but instead, respect the sign, grab my bags, and head in. There is no one at the front. Finally, someone from the back notices me, and I say "picking up mobile order" and give my name. A man walks over 2 boxes and a bag and a drink holder for the two beverages. I ask if he has a bag for the boxes, and answers with a short and snappy NO. He sees the look on my face looking at the stuff, trying to figure out the best way to carry it all, and mumbles something else and walks away. I stack the boxes and bag in one arm and grab the drinks with my other hand, while balancing my bags. A very gentleman by the door opens the door for me and chuckles a cheery "Good luck!". I made it to the car and just about got the drinks set on my cars hood when one of the boxes slipped and took the bag with it, followed by one of my drinks. Yay.... I saved most of it. The food is mediocre Taco Bell. But to top it all off, they ignored my asking for enough mild and hot sauces for all of the food I ordered, for a total of zero miles and 4 hot . But did give me some diablo sauces, which I didn't ask for at all, as I do not like the flavor. So yeah. Very disappointing and did the opposite of making a bit of my day easier on myself. I'm sure they don't care, as they have a captive audience of the airport call lot.and not much near by to compete. I would have been much better off microwaving...
