Tea was amazing, some of the best I've had. But the guy at the checkout got out his phone partway through us ordering, not sure why. He didn't say anything about it, but it was rather rude. The music was so loud we could hardly hear each other or order too, so we had to remind him we were still ordering. I get it if there's an emergency to use the phone, but he just pulled it out of his pocket and leaned back like he was scrolling social media while we were still reciting our order. He didn't say anything about it,it, acted like nothing happened when he realized we weren't done ordering.. It was really awkward. But the tea itself was amazing, and it was prepared quickly. 5 stars because the people making the tea don't deserve points taken off because of the one guy at the front not...

Giving it 3 stars because I truly like the drinks & the boba & i’ve been a regular. BUT, the past few times i went & got water with my bf while waiting for our drinks to be made it literally smelled & tasted like mold & we told the employees, they basically just laughed and gave us new water, the two other times it still smelled and tasted bad. like really bad.I’m not sure whatsup with that as i’ve ordered boba and it’s been fine so i know it isn’t the ice. And, then today I ordered my usual drink and there was a hair in it, i can usually look past these things, but that’s pretty gross. They need to take more precaution, and i’m sure no one really cares since all the workers look like they are about 17 ,so they probably know nothing about food/drink safety...

Really underwhelmed by this locations tea. I’ve been to the other Portland location many times and I’ve always been happy, but this location didn’t make the best drinks.

My friend got an iced matcha that was really bitter and a little grainy. She didn’t even finish it. I got a jasmine milk tea that was also really bitter. It had very little jasmine flavor and sweetness, even though I ordered it with full sweetness. It tasted like just milk and tea with no flavor.

I love tea and tea usually but this experience was pretty bad. I hope it was just this once and not the location as a whole, but for seven dollars I’m hoping for a tea that I actually...
