Tobiko Bowl is a hidden gem! I tried both the Chicken Spicy Trick and the Salmon Spicy Trick, and they blew me away. The chicken was tender, juicy, and had the perfect level of heat — just enough to make it exciting without overpowering the flavor. The sauce had a delicious kick and paired beautifully with the rice and veggies. The Salmon Spicy Trick was equally amazing — super fresh salmon with a spicy glaze that made every bite melt in your mouth. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The bowls are well-balanced, satisfying, and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and quick, and the whole vibe of the food cart is chill and welcoming. Definitely one of my new favorite spots for a flavorful, healthy meal. Highly recommend both bowls!

I wish I could leave an N/A rating because I didn't get to try Tobiko Bowl today. I was in the neighborhood & looking for a sushi place that was open - Bamboo doesn't open till 4PM. I thought I'd try Tobiko & I saw it was open according to Google. However, the food cart was closed temporarily till 6/5/22 due to the owners taking a vacation. Good on them, I'm glad they can. Therefore, I can't comment on their food yet, but next time I'm in the area, I'll visit again & see what I think.

We came here last Saturday for our family lunch. It’s worth the drive. The food was delicious—it’s like eating sushi but healthier. I usually get tired and bored of eating sushi, go round or just regular sushi as it tends to be repetitive, but this was an excellent choice. They add good portions veggies to your plate, and I love veggies. The portions of meat were more than we expected. I definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to try some new fusion sushi-style food.
