On October 31 st 7:20 a.m. I went to this Burger King. First off the door was locked. I stood outside for 3 minutes looking at the employees in the restaurant walk around and take care of the drive thru customers. Finally a female stuck her head around the wall and mouthed something. I'm looking at her, l'm no lip reader...so I'm standing out there assuming what she's saying. Guessing she said we're closed I looked at my watch and looked back at her; she mouthed something else not sure what. I walked back to my school bus and called. I was told they weren't opening the door until it was totally daylight for safety purposes. (I'm not sure what had/has happened, but a simple sign on the door would have eliminated all of this.) While I was on the phone I asked the gentleman that I was speaking with is it going to be the same way when daylight savings time comes or when it's overcast skies all day he days I don't know here's the manager. I didn't ask for a manager and that's what I told her....She asked if I was the one that was just at the door, I said yes she said "Oh I just unlocked the door." So naturally I have an attitude (time elapsed was about 2 minutes). I was already a little behind but my daughter was hungry....I told her I didn't have time then, she said ok have a nice day. What happened to common courtesy or even an apology. No patronage for this...
Read moreIn ALL the years of occasionally buying fast food, this was the absolute WORST experience I've ever encountered! And it was also experienced by a guest I had with me - who was visiting from ANOTHER COUNTRY, and I wanted her to experience the items and ease of getting a snack while running errands all day.
I ordered FIVE items (large fries, chicken fries, mozzarella fries, another cheese balls/bites, and⁴and viking chocolate sundae).
The fries and chicken fries were cold. I had to ask for different ones. They didn't give me the cheese balls or the Sundae , so I HAD TO ask for those TWO items! They told me to drive from the window and park at the front of the store while they corrected the errors.
We sat and waiteBlvd. almost 15 minutes, then I went and asked for my money back!
We ate the mozzarella fries while we waited (WE HAD TO!), and one of the staff kept saying, "They ate the mozzarella, so they gotta pay for that." Well over my "ded never got two items and got two COLD items body!!*
The manager gave me a receipt that read OVER-RING instead of "customer service issue.
We drove to another (smaller) location on airline blvd.

Read moreI was not satisfied with my experience when I got home. While I was at the store everything was fine, although the young lady seemed impatient and just wanted me gone....which is fine, I wasn't upset and was ready to be home anyways. The issue I have is when I got home I opened my child's kids meal bag and seen a DANG COCKROACH in her FREAKING BAG!!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE and I WILL be contacting someone about this issue. I called the manager of the store, she was TOO BUSY to speak with me. I talked to a TEAM MEMBER, which must explain why the restaurant is infested with ROACHES. She offered me to come back to exchange the food, now WHY THE HECK would I do THAT!! Then she said I could come back for a refund, so that means I waist MORE of my TIME and MONEY. My family will NEVER come back to this store again!! I suggest they fix the problem or...
