Polar SnoBalls — Restaurant in Portsmouth

As a former employee this was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had. I waited at least 35 minutes for 2 regular snoballs. The three young ladies working were constantly stopping to talk and had no concern for the amount of customers they had waiting outside in the heat. When I finally got my snowball it was drowning in syrup and the ice was too hard to eat. I know I was not the only one with this issue as other customers who had been waiting longer than I also had the same complaints. Today is Juneteenth (a holiday), 95 degrees which would be a excellent day for something cold. There is only one gentleman working by himself. I counted 40 people here today. The poor fella is working his butt off because of poor ownership / management. If you are short on employees, then as the OWNER, YOU should be there. Shame on you. well the cashier was extremely rude and never asked anyone in my party evening was going when I received the order, the snoball weren't even good (not the flavor it self, but the consistency of it) there was multiple areas that weren't flavored, just ice. and the employees didnt have gloves not wash their hands (even though I asked multiple times to make my snoball ls with gloves or clean hands) overall I will not go to this location again until there are significant changes (BEFORE THE BUSINESS NAME CHANGED, I HAD A TOTALLY DIFFERENT OVERALL...
