As a former employee this was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had. I waited at least 35 minutes for 2 regular snoballs. The three young ladies working were constantly stopping to talk and had no concern for the amount of customers they had waiting outside in the heat. When I finally got my snowball it was drowning in syrup and the ice was too hard to eat. I know I was not the only one with this issue as other customers who had been waiting longer than I also had the same complaints. The poor fella is working his butt off because of poor ownership / management. If you are short on employees, then as the OWNER, YOU should be there. Shame on you.
