My husband and I been going here for some time. Went there on a recent Friday late afternoon to get dinner. This particular visit will probably be our last. The lady that works at the cash register did not give my husband the credit card receipt to sign. As we were about to leave my husband noticed there was a $5.00 tip included. He went back in and told her she owe him $5.00. She gave it to him without incident. So please make sure you check your receipt for unauthorized tips. UPDATE: Have not been back here since my last review. Hubby and I decided to give another try(626/2024). He got pork yock and sausage and rice. I got chicken fried rice and general tso. DO NOT GET THE CHICKEN FRIED RICE!! I don't know what is was, but it definitely was not chicken. Threw the whole thing out. The general tso was ok. I am extremely disappointed in the chicken fried rice. My stomach hurt all night long. The supposedly chicken was cube and clear, and the texture was rubbery.

Do not let the crowd fool you. They are here to eat some of the BEST chinese food in the city!! My wife accidentally ordered Egg Foo Yung for me, which I hadn't eaten in 10 years because I didn't like it. Now it's my usual but from here only! We also call Wong Kwok to cater events and parties!! If you have not tried it stop by and treat yourself. MUST TRY!!!

Husband and I visited Wong Kwok this weekend! While i’ve only been there once or twice, my husbands been going there for YEARS!! The food is delicious (although I ordered a combination (or thought I did) & didn't get my egg roll)! I would still highly recommend this place!

Im curious if other people reviewing have ever experienced real fresh Chinese food. If so, they wouldn't give even 2 stars. This was my first visit last evening. I had ordered 3 combination platters, with one that was supposed to be no onions in fried rice. These were the most bland, unfresh and unsightly chinese meals I've ever tasted. Meat was like rubber and egg rolls were fried in old oil. Even the fortune cookies were stale. Very embarrassing to serve these platters to my guests! (By the way...I never write reviews for anything, but this was so bad, I had to make an exception. Warning others that unless you see them cooking it while you wait, don't pay for it. Ask when was the last time oil was changed in...

I looked at menu from Google and it Said about 26 for small party tray of wings and 26 for small party tray of sausage rice and gravy they gave me tray of wings but gave me 8$ sausage rice with no gravey and I paid 1$ for side gravey when I got home I realized that I paid 70.09 and they she over charged me saying it was a old menu and smiled quickly quoting the price that she know I saw but she insisted on what she charging me with is 45 for 24 party wings 9 for rice I wanted my money back and they refused I ordered from them for a long time and now last time rude as he'll and...
