After waiting at the drive thru window for almost 3 minutes with no one infront of me I was finally asked to place my order. Medium French vanilla ice coffee and a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese. I pull up to the window and wait another 3-4 minutes. I can see her making my order and set it on the counter to be put out. The girl appears to be doing both drive thru and cooking. I think poor girl on a Monday I feel for her untill she opens the window and shoves her hand out to take my card, no greeting or confirmation of order with the gloves she made my and others food with I hand her my card she swipes it and punches some buttons on the screen and hands my back my now greasy card and hands me my drink and food with no recipet or napkins. I try and get her attention but she is to busy making more food with the same gloves. Needless to say I did not eat my bagel as I could not be sure what else she has touched or how long she had those gloves on. Poor service and un sanitary food prep. I never understood why when one particular drive thru person was working I sat in line at this dunkin for 10-15 minutes each time, while only a couple cars are in front of me. Until I decided to walk in. This one person does literally nothing, except maybe mess up orders, stand in everyones way, and complain loudly peoples about orders while all the other employees run around like lunatics to make up for his extreme lack of motivation or care. If you've been here, you'll know who I'm talking about. I ask that the owners to cut his pay by 98% to reflect his value and have an extra staff member working on days he happens to be on...

Pretty hit or miss. The drive through is often backed up and you usually can't order inside (though you can order in advance on the app and pick it up at the door). The food/drinks vary wildly from pretty good to fine to sometimes nasty. I mostly go because it's in a good location and it gives me an excuse to go on a walk in the morning for iced coffee, not because their options are particularly cheap or great (Aroma Joe's is way better).
At the time of writing the location is closed due to construction, hopefully it'll reopen...
