I used my 800 points to finally get a free Sandwich. I do not like cheddar cheese but I do enjoy the white American cheese that comes on the sweet black peppercorn sandwich so I made sure to select the white American cheese as cheddar cheese comes on the sandwich I ordered originally. As I was pulling off I realized the error and returned to the location. I explained at the box what happened, the cashier asked to see my receipt as I knew she would so I had it ready in my lap. She glanced at it, takes the sandwich and goes to get who I assumed is the manager, they then both come back, ask to see my receipt to which they glanced at it again and then proceed to tell me they gave me what I ordered. As I explained that it wasn’t, they then told me that I would have to purchase a second sandwich in order to get the cheese I wanted.
What sense does that make? Crazy part is, I also had a drink and it was disgusting, but I was going to just drink it anyway because with Dunkin’, it’s a hit or miss with the drinks especially if you try something new, which I was so I didn’t complain and just drank the drink anyway. But when it came to the sandwich which I know I modified and I politely return and ask for it to be fixed and I’m met with disbelief and attitude, that’s crazy.
I also work fast food so I know how this goes and I made sure to remain polite even though I wasn’t happy because I know how it feels to be on the other side of the window. With that being said, this is a business which strives off of customer service, and this location acted poorly.
It made more sense to them to lose a repeat customer as opposed to correcting and incorrect order.

Read moreI try not to leave bad reviews but I just can't help it. I am so beyond over this location it's ridiculous! There is one young lady there who is always pleasant and kind the few times I visited this location but unfortunately the way the establishment is ran is a hot mess. My last straw was today. I pulled up the person working drivethru was speaking to her coworkers thru the microphone (unprofessional), then decided to take my order. I asked a question about a menu item being available because as another reviewer stated they are always out of something, so she proceeded to tell me, "yeah, it should be up there on the menu", ok fine I proceed to place my order. I ordered 2 drinks a sandwich and some munchins. I get to the window, I get handed my drinks. As I wait patiently, the window opens back up and she is like what are you waiting for? I said my sandwich and munchkins. She says, Oh thats not on here, they didn't charge you. So the nice young lady came up and confirmed my order. So I proceeded to pay for my additional items. I leave (my own fault for not checking my bag) I get home only to see my munchin order is incorrect and instead of a sandwich I have two donuts. So I over paid for dang on munchkins and two donuts. Where is the quality check at this establishment? They must do better. I will not be returning and will drive to the suffolk location (15 minutes) before I return to this one it it is literally 4...

2.//DD probably caters to the morning rush, I get it, but if I’m spending the same money…I expect a decent donut even if it’s 3pm. I mean you guys are open so…? Why should I have to get stale donuts or none at all? Don’t tell me I need to come in the morning! You’re open, and I expect donuts. It’s not like I’m coming like an hour or two prior to closing!
3.//Items on the menu aren’t available, they’re seasonal (or so I was told)…well why are they still posted AND there to order on the mobile app?
