I visited this McDonald’s to grab some breakfast, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The employee taking my order was not friendly at all. After I gave my order, she immediately went to take the order from the car in the other lane without saying anything to me, no “please pull forward” or any kind of acknowledgment. I was confused for a moment and eventually just drove up, since I could hear her talking to another customer through the other intercom.
When I got to the payment window, she told me the total , which she hadn’t done earlier and took my card without a greeting or a smile. She looked irritated and had a noticeable attitude.
At the next window, I stayed polite and friendly, but when I asked a simple question about my Frappés, she seemed immediately annoyed and couldn’t give me the correct price. I politely suggested she ask someone if she wasn’t sure, and that’s when it seemed like chaos broke out. People were yelling, and another employee (with dreads) even came to the window and stared me down.
After she finally confirmed the correct answer, I told her that’s all I was asking but she continued to act rude. When I pointed out that she had an attitude, she turned to the window and said, “No I didn’t,” in a rude tone. The person in my car even called out, “Yes, you did!” because it was so obvious. The older woman (with a short fro) just glared at me, and continued to go back and forth with me regarding her attitude which was honestly ridiculous and I just drove off.
If you have a bad attitude, you shouldn’t be working the drive-thru window. Customers have every right to ask questions about their orders without being treated poorly. The customer service at this McDonald’s is extremely lacking, and management definitely needs...

I do want to know take the date of when this occurrence happens to that way if anybody even looks at this review can refer to it and take action. This occurred on 10 - 24 - 20. I waited an hour and a 1/2 in the drive-through line with both lines that were backed up, Moving at a snail's pace some people even once reaching the menu drove off because it was taking so long for them to even respond to the driver and order. I then order a very simple order which was just a mcchicken plain- just chicken and bread And the medium fry. I didn't wait another 10 minutes just simply move through the line after ordering an by the way I went at the drive thru menu for another 20 minutes before she even said hello. When I got to the window to pay it was too young ladies that looked very confused about what they were doing. I will say that the young man who gave me my food was very polite professional however they messed up the order, And gave me a make chicken with everything on it. Honestly I wouldn't even go back for them to correct it because I would have been there for the rest of the night. Dirty in the store and all of the windows including the drive-thru nasty, I need to be cleaned. I was taking a elderly friend there to get a meal. The sandwich, and the fries were cold...................................... along with their attitudes and their personalities JUST COLD. A lady that was in the back seem to be some type of supervisor or maybe a leader and I say that because people were asking her questions. She was standing in the back feeding her face eaten around customers food that were waiting to get their food. Which I found to be very unsanitary, after putting her fingers and hands I heard her lips and then she touching on customers food. I had a fish sandwich that was very dark in color, which tells me that the grease needs to be changed, and it tastes weird. I never had a fish sandwich, where the bun was grilled ..... Which was very dark in color. I don't like to use the word never. . .BUT I will never eat there AGAIN.....YES I SAID NEVER. COLD AND NASTY FOOD, AND FREEZING COLD CUSTOMER...
