Occasionally I'll go inside the dining room instead of going through the drive-thru if there's a few cars in line. The other day I let my grandson go into the store to order while I waited in the car. So I'm sitting there waiting for him to come out and it comes to the door and he tries to tell me something through the glass, so he can't tell me so he comes out to the car and tells me I haven't ordered yet the lady is talking. So needless to say I didn't get mad but I definitely went in there with a hey are you going to serve my grandson kind of attitude. So I went in and I politely said excuse me are you going to take my grandson's order? There was a look of being caught off guard, the clerk behind the counter started to explain that she thought my grandson was with the lady she was having a conversation with.so as she was apologizing to customers step to the side and she proceeded to take my grandsons order. In the midst of all this the customer started to apologize as well. Then the clerk the server had already taken my friend sons order and begin to tell him that she was going to give him his beverage for free, for the mishap not only that she was going to give him $4 off next purchase gift card. So I believe did if I come in there with a really bad attitude and snapping at the server, being a real jerk which ordinarily I would have done given the situation and knowing myself, the end result was it took a little bit more time and little more patience in a few kind words to end the possibility of a bad situation on a good note thank...
   Read moreCome on guys!! Again??? I order the same thing literally everyday. I know the newbies donât see a difference in your roasts but please, for the love of God, train them to make the order as itâs placed. Not just use whatever brew is easiest!!!!
Depends on the barista. The shift manager actually told me she left ingredients out of my mobile order coffee because she âdidnât think you (I) wanted it.â Why? Just please use what I picked, donât short my drink from a quad to a double, or make it black when thereâs cream on the order.
I consistently order the same things, I know the difference between blonde roast and original and I also know Iâm charged for syrup pumps but theyâre not added. For example: grande blonde vanilla latte? Regular espresso, no foam, no vanilla at most two pumps of espresso when I ordered quad. My guess is this particular barista decided to use regular risetro shot thinking it would taste as strong as 4.
Unfortunately, this is the closest Starbucks to my house and thereâs one barista that knocks drinks out of the park. Other times theyâre okay and then others thereâs double cream in one drink and the other black when both americanos were ordered identically.

I love the fact that this SB location is open so early and has the blonde espresso machine! Thereâs one girl in particular that works the early morning drive through (I havenât been inside her) that is amazing. Sheâs sweet, sheâs friendly and she is on the ball! Sheâs never mixed up my orders, made it incorrectly or asked me to repeat myself a few times. Which, unfortunately has happened at this location. Iâm also going to be more careful about ordering with the app. If what I want has extras or outside of the standard, Iâll order at the store.
