This place is awful. Waited over 2 hours for delivery when I finally called the store they said the driver was behind and it would be another 2 hours. I asked to speak to the manager Robert and he was rude and very unapologetic. I asked for his supervisor phone number and he yelled expletives at me and hung up. Already filed a complaint and after 2 hours haven't received a refund yet. Will be contacting the BBB.

Read moreHere's my thing... I can totally understand about being late if you have new employees.... I've ordered from here five times in the last year... All of which were late... Three times they've delivered pizza to the lawn chairs at the back of my house 30 to 40 minutes late when I never said deliver to the back of my house.... The other two times they have not only been an hour and a half plus late but they did it with an attitude.... I ordered the food tonight at 931 p.m.. The only times I order from here is when I'm in a complete pinch.... At 10:04 p.m. I received my 4th and final text stating Alex is pulling up....... I kept my composure till 10:41 P.M.... I then called the company 19 times between 10:41 and 11:17 p.m.... After the 20th call somebody finally answered.... I was told angrily to calm down sir repeatedly...... This place is an absolute joke.... I still don't have my food... I still don't have my money back.... I'm going to go here after work at 4:00 p.m. tomorrow... It's disheartening.... Absolutely disheartening..... Yuck....🤢🤮 This isn't how you treat people.... If you're under staffed... I will understand... Answer the phone and say so.....

Much improved since my original 1-star review. Service is reliable and reasonably quick, drivers are mostly friendly, and the food is what you'd expect from a Domino's. Whatever changes were made, good work, and thanks!
Older review: Remember the days when Domino's promised your delivery within 30 minutes or it would be free? Sure, the pizza back then looked and tasted like cardboard. But still. Not a bad promise.
Tonight, I ordered two simple items (cheesy bread and a dessert) and the delivery prediction was "99-109 minutes" (that's 1 hour and 39 minutes to 1 hour and 49 minutes). I should mention that the store is about 3 miles from my house, and I ordered at 10:16pm on a Monday night—not exactly the dinner rush.
Sure enough, the "tracker" showed that my order was prepped and cooked within about 7 minutes! But then it sat in "quality check" for, as of this minute, an hour (10:23pm to 11:22). The predicted delivery time now? 106-116 minutes.
I called and cancelled my order.
